Hi Shelagh, Thank you for your review. I hope your recipient liked their gift! We sent a shipping email with tracking to the email you placed the order with at 13.27 on the second of December. All emails are sent automatically but it is possible it went to your spam folder. Best wishes, Liza

Unfortunately, the postboxed gift I ordered has never been received by the intended recipient. I've still given a rating of 3 though, as the service up to that point was good. Liza has also shown a willingness to sort the issue out for me, which means a lot. After all, things do go wrong occasionally and it's how you recover, right? We're keen to use Postboxed again in the future, so hopefully we'll have a resolve on this very soon.

Unfortunately my goods never arrived, hence 3 stars. I went online to the chat line and asked where they were and straight away I had a reply. I was offered a re send which wouldn’t have arrived in time, so I was given a refund, which was dealt with more or less straight away. So very good customer service.

Unfortunately although the girls loved the gifts when they eventually arrived they were 12 days late for their special day which was very disappointing.

Hi Margaret, Thank you for your order and review. I am really glad your recipients liked their gifts and i am sorry they were late arriving. The order was placed on the 13th and sent out first thing on the 14th. International orders are estimated to take 3-5 working days to arrive but there have been delays as warned in the delivery option. I can see from the tracking that your order arrived on the morning of the 23rd which is 7 working days - so only 2 days late not 12. Please let me know if the tracking was incorrect and the gift did arrive much later. Other customers read these reviews so it would be good for all of us to know and then I can follow up with the Royal Mail to see what went wrong if they did. Best wishes, Liza

Not the best experience - asked for delivery on a specific date for a friend’s birthday and it arrived over a week in advance. Also asked to include a personalised note and this was not included in the parcel so my friend had no idea who it was from or what for

Thank you for your review and order. I just checked your order and no note or date were added so we sent the gift straight away. We do not add gift notes unless senders choose to add one because sometimes people choose to send things anonymously.

Lovely product. Very unhelpful service! If your parcel is not delivered overseas do not expect them to help you. My delivery to Spain was an attempted delivery but there was no postal card was left to enable the recipient to follow it up. I emailed for assistance and received no reply. Previous correspondence with customer service was met with very curt replies.

The chocolates were lovely but I put a specific delivery date in the order (this was a service offered, not an additional request) because I knew the recipient would be on holiday until the day before. I even followed up with an email which confirmed the delivery date requested because there had been confusion on the site about the name on the order (ordered by me but to be delivered to a different person). I received a confirmation email that the chocolates had been delivered several days early so they had sat at the address for days before being received. Thankfully it wasn’t hot weather but I recommend you order closer to the time if you want a specific date of delivery because it seems to be ignored. I’m told the quality of the product was very good though.

The items were a gift, and I assume they were fine, but I was dissappointed to hear they weren't actually delivered through the post box, but were to be collected from the post office. Perhaps postboxes in Czechia are extra small?

Thank you for your review. I am sorry they had to pick up their gift. Different countries have different sized letterboxes and sometimes they don't have them at all. We cannot arrange for letterbox delivery if there isn't the space for the gift to be posted! All of our gifts are designed to fit through letterboxes, even small ones but sometimes this isn't possible. I hope the recipient liked their gift! Best wishes, Liza

Great idea, but my gift message wasn’t included so my employee hadn’t a clue where/who it was from! I’m also not Nikki clearly! I’m the person that sent the gift. A bit rubbish service really!

Hi! Thank you for your review. You didn't add a gift note to your order so we didn't add one either - I just double checked and no gift note was filled in when the order was placed so it makes sense that your employee didn't know who the gift was from. You also selected that the shipping and billing address were the same - when this is done our system assumes that the gift is being sent to the sender to pass on themselves and the only name we then have on our system is the one used for the billing address. So we use that in our emails, I apologise if your name is not Nikki but it wasn't clear to us as you say. I hope your employee liked their gift despite not knowing who it was from. If you decide to place an order in the future and want us to make sure a gift note has been added or for us to add one for you just give us a quick email after and I will check it all for you! Only received half of my order. After an email exchange still no resolve. No replacement has been sent for the missing item or no refund offered. Disappointed

Quick efficient delivery and size item as expected. The only reason I have given this a 4, rather than a five as it was unclear exactly what would be written on the box. I was under the impression it would just say “you are awesome”, but it also said “will you be mine” which was not really relevant as a gift to my daughter. Maybe I missed something and I did and you had the option to change this then it would have been a 5.

I feel the cost doesn’t justify the amount of items included. It was convenient for me to use though as I had no way of delivering a present on the day of their birthday, however it was delivered 2 days earlier than I requested also.

I ordered chocolates for my mum’s Christmas. They arrived quickly in beautiful packaging. However the date on them was 27th December and I had ordered them at the end of October. I would have expected the date to be further away. I contacted postboxed and they said they couldn’t do a return as it was a food item, despite them still being sealed. Very disappointed.

The recipient seemed pleased with the chocolates. My complaint was they arrived 5 days earlier than requested. As this was for an anniversary it was a shame. I did contact Postboxed and they said they sent early because of post strike! What can you do? It has put me off using them again unfortunately.
