Goods excellent quality but delivery not so good. Was not informed Postboxed would be closed over Easter so the gift I had asked to be sent was not processed till 4 days after I placed my order. I had asked for a message to be included with the gift and this was not included so my family had no idea who the gift was from.

Easy to order. However the product is stuck in Customs in Sweden. They have asked my daughter who the gift is for for a futher clearance fee. She has challenged this, but is still awaiting an update. Quite frustrated as this takes away the pleasure of sending and receiving the gift. Would be good to know if you experienced this in Sweden before for your gifts?

Items are lovely, but I paid for International tracked delivery (3 - 5 working days) and weeks later my parcel still hasn't been delivered.

I like the range of gifts offered, varied and unique. However, delivery was very delayed and expensive. The gift was for my friend but unfortunately, probably due to Christmas time, it didn't get to her until quite a bit later than her birthday. Bit disappointed as the delivery was quite pricey but I guess it can't be helped.

The present was lovely and well received, but for some reason it wasn't delivered through the postbox and left a card? The whole point was so that the recipient didn't need to be in!!

On 22 November I paid for the product. It was due to be sent overseas (Malta) for arrival on 25 November - for my mums bday. It is now 7 December and it still has not been delivered!!.

The present was much appreciated but arrived far too late. It was a get well gift for my daughter but she was back at work by the time it arrived. I realise this is not the fault of the company but I paid for first class delivery and the item took 10 days to arrive

Our gift to my sister, Dinah Bernard, did arrive in time for her birthday on 7th July and was well received. However, we instructed you to arrange for the parcel to arrive on 5th July to allow for postal delays but you sent it out first class on the 1st July. We had to warn my sister that a parcel was arriving well before her birthday and tell her not to open it. Then you sent an email to our email address on July 1st addressed to Dinah Bernard telling her that the parcel was on the way!

Lovely products. However, I ordered on a Friday morning at 8am, and the order wasn't despatched until Monday, meaning the '1-2' day delivery is not accurate.

Easter chocolate ordered on Thursday for delivery on Saturday. Not delivered until the following Wednesday - probably not your fault but that of the Royal Mail - nevertheless too late for Easter. I wonder therefore why you provide a box to tick of when you want items to be delivered if this is not possible.

I ordered two separate gift boxes at the same time but to be delivered on different dates, but they were still despatched at the same time - and arrived at the same time. It felt pointless to use the delivery date function when it didn’t work.

The problem was that The gift I choose was intended to be a letterbox gift which could be pushed through the letterbox whilst the recipient was out at work. Infact the box was to big so it missed her birthday and she had to go and collect it from the sorting office.

the chocolates were dispatched in good time and were well received. However, somehow the message I typed in the order form was not transmitted which led to much bemusement on the recipient's part. However, the company cooperated on sorting it out.

Thank you for your review and I am sorry your gift was so late. The Royal Mail encountered a few problems leading up to Christmas but luckily almost everything made it to the destinations in time. If you place another order with us in the future give us an email and we can add in something extra as an apology!

Expensive for what it was by the time postage was added. Did not arrive on time . It was Christmas post but arrived 3 days late even though order placed in plenty time. It was fir my four year old grandsons birthday as due to covid we were unable to see him

I was very pleased with the service except it was a bit too good. I specified for it to be delivered in 23 December but it arrived too early, only a couple of days after I ordered it

I ordered on a Monday evening to cheer up my friend who was having a bad time, it said on the website it would be delivered on the Wednesday and quoted the exact date. It didn’t arrive until the Friday, which for me would have been too long and I wish I’d ordered flowers instead. When contacted, they blamed Royal Mail for the delay but they hadn’t sent any dispatch notification. Moonpig use Royal Mail and without fail their items arrive as expected. I believe dispatch was likely not efficiently handled. Order with caution, if timing isn’t an issue then go for it.

Hi Zoe, Thank you for your review! Your gift was sent out as soon as possible (the morning after the order was placed). I am sorry it took so long. The Royal Mail are experiencing delays in certain areas because of staff shortages. I can't say how Moonpig are running but they have the same warnings as us about delays on their website so I assume they are also experiencing the same problems. Luckily, this is only affecting a small proportion of our orders. I hope your friend was cheered up by their gift despite it arriving later than expected! Best wishes, Liza
