“I enjoy the unusual and quirky gifts on offer. Delivery has been a little problematic but the staff responded promptly and effectively with my queries, and it was helpful to communicate directly with staff. I will continue to purchase and recommend products from postboxed”

“The recipients were delighted with their gifts. Unfortunately the delivery was slow and arrived after Christmas. Sending to Italy was incredibly expensive & the very slow delivery added to the disappointment.”

“Really loved the match box kits! They were exactly as hoped for and my girlfriend loved them. My only niggle is how I ordered it to be delivered for a specific date, a week or so in advance. Unfortunately it was delivered just a couple of days after being ordered.”

“Beautiful chocolates and lovely packaging. However, I sent them as an Easter gift but the card said 'Happy Birthday' to a different person! The recipient contacted your company and all was clarified, they then knew who they were from and were able to thank me!”
