“Easy to use and order on the site. This next comment may be wholly due to the issues around Covid 19. This was bought for a Birthday but sadly did not arrive until the day after. I'm sure it was just the postal service being delayed. Otherwise all was good. Thank you. I will use the service delivery again in the future.”

“My most recent purchase with postboxed was a a little disappointing as my gift note wasn't received so the family had to play detective as to who it was from. lovely chocs and packaging though”

Hi! Thank you for your review and kind words. I just checked and you did have a gift note added but your name wasn't put on the gift note. We only print what is written by you when you checkout and so not add a name ourselves in case you do not want this etc.

“I really like the idea of Postboxed. There are many novelty gifts which are great for the youngster. As a grown-up, I used Postboxed to send something that could be useful for someone and doesn't take more space of someone else's home. There is a great selection, so that isn't a problem. One final note is that, unfortunately, my friends live in flats/ apartment block and the Postboxed parcel didn't go through their letterbox and they have to collect it from the Post Office instead. All my friends got the parcel in the end but other buyers should take note. Perhaps Postboxed can create a thinner box if possible? That said, I would definitely use Postboxed again to send some love to friends in this crazy pandemic times.”
