“A present for a friend which was appreciated so cant fault. Shame no Saturday deliveries. It arrived earlier than expected, not sure why even though asks you when you want it delivered for. So a bit of a spoiler.”

“First time I have used Postboxed. Excellent selection of gifts, and promt and professional response to my query regarding delivery. I would recommend the addition of an on-line post office tracking facility for customers to track their order would be most helpful. And is the only reason I didn’t score 5/5.”

“Lovely birthday gift for my sister in Spain.....she was delighted with it. Delivery took longer than expected but seems to be the norm at present. Would use this company again.”

“Communication was very swift and helpful. The gifts and packaging are great. The package took a long to reach my sister in law but I think this was a quirk of Post Italiane and not the fault of post boxed and it did get there in the end.”

“Really good service all round - easy to chose on website; well packaged and receiver delighted with present. My only observation was that it took longer to deliver than the website indicated - appreciate you are working to Royal Mail constraints but this gift took 3/4 days. Will remember to order sooner next time! Also, there was no message with the present and although I remember writing one it might be that I forgot to press the right button!”

“I really loved your site and the unusual items, my only negative comment is the way "send to name & address" and "sent from name & address" is recorded. i.e. this email sent to me is asking Paul Armstrong to make the review, whereas he was the recipient of my gift. Linda Harman is replying not Paul Armstrong....it's actually quite annoying as I have to submit this as Anonymous!!”

“Very helpful and fast. Noticed a mistake in the shipping address after I completed my order. Customer service managed to fix that for me in no time. Package was still delivered the next day.”
