“After I ordered I didn't recieved a shipping email so emailed when the item hadn't shown up. I got immediate responses every time i made contact, and the item was sent out again at no extra cost to me as it seemed it was lost in the post. Really great customer service and gift was very much loved when finally recieved.”

“The product and the idea is lovely - we have sent several gifts through PostBoxed and they have been really well received. My only issue with this last purchase was the fact that it took 3 weeks to arrive but this was a postal issue.”

“The website is super easy to navigate around and the recipient of the gift appreciated the sentiment and as she is still at work it was perfect that it was able to be delivered without being signed for! The only negative is that the personalised note was not included in the box so this meant she didn’t know who it was from for some time and took away the thought behind it, BUT I would definitely order again :)”

“Cute little gifts which the recipient loved. It's a shame they didn't arrive on the right day, but instead were sent out immediately and arrived five days early, but maybe allowances were made for slow Royal Mail and they weren't necessary. Will use again though.”
