“Good product and a nice gift idea. I would have appreciated notification of arrival at destination, not just on its way tag. Two of three were overseas, the UK package arrived on time to my specified date.”

“Went with this website as granddaughter is in France and wanted to send her a birthday present. Not many places will deliver abroad! Haven’t seen the gift yet, as they are still over there, So can’t comment, but it arrived on the date promised so I am very happy with that.”

“Beautiful flowers but unless the recipient knows they are coming, they may not look at the letterbox after a certain time each day, thereby spoiling the surprise! (This is what happened on both my orders!) This is not your fault but a fault of the system. Otherwise, a wonderful idea and the quality of your flowers is faultless!! Thank you!”

“Products were cute & well received. A little pricey, but I was prepared to pay that as it was a gift for a special occasion. Unfortunately even though I ordered it a week and a half before said special occasion it did not arrive on time, so a little disappointed.”

“The people sent to were happy. The only thing I'd say is that the place to add a note/greetings to the parcel when ordering is not fool-proof. I appreciate this maybe more to do with me but perhaps make it more obvious. Thanks”

“Beautiful, well organised website with a great range of gifts to make bespoke boxes. Delivery service is excellent and timely. Rating is only good, and not very good at the moment as I have not been able to see the finished product my gift recipient has received yet, so I can’t account for the quality of packaging etc. I have recommended this website to others.”

“One of the attractions of the postboxes gift I liked was the little hug in a box which I expected to be included in the gift box I purchased. When opened however, it was missing. Disappointing as this was the sentiment I wanted for my grandson during the lockdown. The rest of the items were lovely and good quality. Feel a bit shortchanged however.”
