“This was a gift, so I cannot comment on the product other than to say that my mother was very pleased with it all. Quick and efficient service, delivered at short notice on the right day, so I was happy.”

“I ordered the letterbox birthday gift for my daughter as I can't see her at the moment. She works so it was important to me that it was posted through the letterbox. Unfortunately Royal Mail didn't put it through her letterbox and she had to wait till the weekend after her birthday before picking it up. She really loved the contents - hence my 4 star review - but I am disappointed that a gift advertised as being suitable to be posted through the letterbox was not. I also ordered flowers from a different letterbox company which were delivered just fine.”

“I have ordered a few gifts to be sent directly to friends but recently had one delivered to myself first so i could see what it is like. I was impressed with the quality of the goods and the packaging was really lovely. The delivery took a little longer than I expected but overall i think its a good service and I would use it again.”

“This was purchased as a gift so I hope the receiver was happy with it! The only shame was that I couldn't add all the names that I wanted to the gift card so has to create my own and deliver it, which rather defeated the object of getting something sent in the post.”

“I would have given 5 stars if the present had arrived on the chosen day ,but arrived 2 days late for my friends birthday .But she was very pleased with the quality of the candles and the way they was gift wrapped and labeled so would order again ,but would maybe choose a date a couple of days before required as then would arrive in time”

“I sent these chocolates as a gift for my father-in-law in the UK. I was impressed that they arrived in good time given the disruption that you are experiencing with covid. I thought it was quite expensive for four bars of chocolate but it was worth it to make sure he knew we were thinking of him on his birthday.”
