“The packaging and products were lovely however, it arrived 2 days late despite checking delivery details on website and placing order in plenty of time, and it was a gift, would have given 5 stars if it had of arrived on time,”

Thanks for your feedback John. I think you might be getting this order mixed up with another one as it has been exactly 1 week since you placed your order. it was placed on May the 4th and was dispatched with the Royal Mail on the same day using their International Standard service, as paid for, and a confirmation email of dispatch was sent the same day. The delivery is from here in the UK to an address in the United States, so I am not surprised that it hasn't arrived yet. Please let me know if it still isn't there by the end of the week and I can chase it up for you. With regards to the fair to high price, the pocket square you ordered is handmade by a trained tailer from 100% silk - we think it is a fantastic item. If you think it is not worth the price once you see it we would be happy for you to send it back to us and then we can give you a full refund.
