Hi Karen, Thank you for your order and review. Your order was placed a week ago today and was sent out the same day by us. As it was being sent abroad deliveries are estimated to take 3 to 5 working days (this does not include weekends or public holidays). August the 15th was a public holiday in the destination of your gift and this could have delayed the gift - so it isn't even out of the estimated delivery time yet. If it still hasn't arrived on Monday (the next working day) please get in touch. Best wishes, Liza

“First order was for my niece, a hard back birthday book by A.A. Milne. Fantastic quality! And alongside a birthday girl badge, the old school kind. Absolutely brilliant! My niece loved her gift. I love PostBoxed so much, I’m back again for another birthday gift as my friend lives 200 miles away... perfect solution!”

“Used Postboxed to send a gift to a friend after the death of her granddad as a small ‘pick-me-up’. Like that you can send a personalised message. She loved it. 4* instead of 5 because the postage cost nearly as much as the bar of chocolate which I sent!”
