“Until now my order gift was'nt delivered to my boyfriend in germany, I ordered it last december 2023.whaen I tracked it they said it was undelivered because of some mistakes in recipient address, and your company said once returned you will delivered it again, it takes long and i don'think you take acrion about it, even contacting to the courrier i think you never try it”

Hi Jane, I am sorry not all of your gifts arrived - we haven't been contacted by you other than to change an address so this is the first we have heard about any issue! “The recipients were delighted with their gifts. Unfortunately the delivery was slow and arrived after Christmas. Sending to Italy was incredibly expensive & the very slow delivery added to the disappointment.”

“Really loved the match box kits! They were exactly as hoped for and my girlfriend loved them. My only niggle is how I ordered it to be delivered for a specific date, a week or so in advance. Unfortunately it was delivered just a couple of days after being ordered.”

“I bought some of these Matchbox gifts at Christmas and was delighted with them. Something lovely and different was given as little gifts and were positively received. Furthermore, I kept some containing little Christmas books to go on my tree. They arrived beautifully packaged and some were even sent directly to the receivers. Highly recommendable.”
