Hi Edwina. Thank you for your review, I hope the recipient liked their gift! Your order was placed on a Saturday and sent out first thing on the Monday morning (asap). The tracking shows it arrived on the Wednesday morning which is 2 working days. I am sorry it wasn't faster, First Class deiveries are estimated to take 1-2 working days and usually more than 95% arrive in just one. Staff shortages at the Royal Mail mean that we are seeing more gifts take the 2 days of the estimate than we did before. I hope this didn't ruin the sentiment of the gift - if we could have got it there any faster we would have but luckily it was still within the estimate! Best wishes, Liza
