“I have not been buying books because last Dec 14th i suffered a Diabetic Hypo and it knock me out, i was taken to hospital and X-rayed result a broken hip bone - 9 weeks in hospital.”

“Good range of titles at attractively reduced prices. Many more softcover editions than hardbacks - I only buy hardback editions, so the choice for me is limited unfortunately. Books are delivered quickly and always well packaged and usually free from defects. Thank you to all.”

“Perhaps not many people use post and cheque these days, but I did, ordering 2 books. One was no longer available, the one I really wanted. One book was hardly worth the postage, which is why I ordered two. You sent me the one book, for which I paid £3 p&p. (50% on top of the book price). If we must order online or by phone, to get up-to-date information, then please make it clear on your order page. It has rather put me off using your service.”

“I find the collection interesting each month and there is usually something Iike. The book I bought this month is of particular interest "Lost Cornwall", as my father was born in Looe, Cornwall of a fishing family and we have found the family history back to the late 1790s.”
