“Your website needs to be improved. It is too slow to respond. The old one was better in every way (including how it presented your stock), except that the payment process became highly problematic during its later days.”

“I love shopping for books at PostScript, the choice is immense, not only that but I find many books that make me curious. Recently I have bought art books, history books, countryside books and more. I look forward to receiving the monthly catalogue, the prices are great so I can add a couple of extras to my order.”

“Excellent value.Helpful people when you phone.However the delivery service is very unhelpful,we are very elderly and the deliverers don't ring the doorbell they just dump the parcels outside the door and it is not very easy for us to pick them up.”

“Thank you for the receipt of my parcel. In fact this was a replacement, as Evri lost my original shipment. They seem uninterested in tracing it, despite emails to them, and standard responses from them that they are 'looking for it'. As I said to your sales lady, my experience of Evri is very bad, and locally they enjoy a really bad reputation. I urge you to consider changing your courier company, purely to protect your excellent reputation. But thank you for your first-class service, which is always top-rate. Regards, Tony Sparks.”

“I always look forward to receiving the Postscript magazine because there is usually at least one book I want to get if not more. The cost is a good reason to get books from Postscript. But what I like most is the variety of books available and I am buying books which I would normally not consider even looking for. There is almost always a surprize waiting for me.”
