C conversation with Eve I customer services about Evris poor delivery service - left outside in the rain/ left at the wrong address, and the recent one which has not appeared. “Purchased 'The Development of Crude Oil Tankers' at less than half the original published price, excellent value for money. As a retired tankerman, found the publication to be well researched, and written in a clear concise manner. Although it covers the technicalities relating to the transport of crude oil including relevant rules and regulations, they are presented in terms a layman will understand. The order was as expedited in Postscripts Books usual efficient manner, and delivered promptly.”
