“Lovely ladies on the order line, reminds me if I had ordered the book previously! Delivery service let me know time and date of delivery. Parcels Arrive carefully packed and when expected . “Although they offer great books at unbeatable prices they fail on customer service by ignoring emails from those with a genuine concern or complaint. I didn’t see the offer of free postage on orders over 25 pounds and so paid more than I need have done and they ignored two emails bringing this to their attention so I can’t recommend them”
