Our shipping cost is applicable to all orders placed via mail and phone due to the requirement for an agent to handle your enquiry. We do offer free shipping for orders over the value of £25 and is currently only for orders placed on our website, however we are always looking for ways to improve our customers’ experience with us so your feedback is appreciated. If you'd like some help getting set up online, you are welcome to contact one of our Customer Service agents by phone on 01626 897 123, or email us at help@psbooks.co.uk and we would be happy to help. If you find yourself in the rare position where you are not happy with a product, we have a robust support process in place. For any faulty, defective or damaged items, we would arrange a courier to collect it from you, we would then refund or exchange your item depending on your preference. If you have had a change of mind about a product once it has been delivered to you, you're welcome to send this back to us and we'll refund the price of the book and outbound shipping charge. We are unable to offer free change of mind returns. If however, you'd prefer to have a different product in its place, please include a note of what you would like and we'll be able to arrange it for you.

“Just love your company. As a bookaholic I find it wonderful to be able to buy books at a much-discounted price. I will keep buying from you until you run out of stock! On a matter of delivery, my recent purchase was left on top of one of our waste bins just feet from our gate rather than being left, as is usual, by our front door which is invisible from the road. I hope this doesn't happen again please.”
