“I was delighted to find that Postscript offered several of the British Library Crime series. These arrived promptly in mint condition and i am now enjoying the first one very much. I am also pleased to have been offered an alert for when an out of stock title becomes available again”

“As a longterm customer, I rate PSB highly. I buy mainly books for my nine yr old grandaughter. I have one very considerable complaint. Some books from the USA contain American words and more importantly spellings. These are detrimental to my grandaugher's learning and is yet another example of the ubiquity of the sread of USA culture. These books should be clearly marked in promotional material. I also object to books that are part of a series being sold separately.”

We understand your concerns about American English in books for your granddaughter and the issue of series being sold separately. Please accept our apologies that you received books with American spellings and vocabulary. We absolutely want to ensure the books you purchase are suitable for your granddaughter's learning. For future orders, we'd be more than happy for you to contact us before placing your order to check the publisher of specific titles. You are also welcome to return any books that aren't suitable. We do mention the publisher on our website and in the catalogue. While we don't currently specify whether a publisher is American or English due to limited space in our promotional materials, we understand your feedback and will certainly take it into consideration for future improvements. Regarding series being sold separately, you're right, and we understand this can be disappointing when you're looking for a complete set. While we always aim to stock full series, occasionally we receive titles individually. Thank you again for your feedback.
