“Very disappointed with last month's offers of books for sale. Not the usual interesting "stuff". Noticed that you increased prices for what you have on offer - suspect due to X-Mas coming. Never good for the sales when clients notice this. Still will keep looking out for you next sales”

Good afternoon, We maintain up 75% on publisher prices, and the reason why some of the prices may seem more is because the books in the most recent catalogue may have had a higher publisher price than in previous catalogues. We take great effort as a business to ensure our prices remain heavily discounted on the publisher price, and I am sorry that there wasn't much that took your interest. We try to ensure our catalogue appeals to all every month but we do have to rotate products within the catalogue so there is always something new for our customers. “The books I had ordered arrived wll proteced within 48 hours. They were well wrapped in recycleable bubble wrap and were therefore in pristine condition. Everything I ordered was for a gift so I am unable to comment on what was a good read. That said, my baby granddaughter and I were very impressed by the quality of the Pop and Peek book, as the animals hidden behind the flaps were all articulated and moved very convincingly!”

“I find the service and pricing and attention to packaging absolutely first rate. Unfortunately,i am not buying for myself, but for an individualy who is ludicrously fastidious about even the slightes blemish or mark to a volume. Books which would be perfectly acceptible to someone else (including me), I have been compelled to return for replacement, but this is not a refection of postscript, rather the difficulty of dealing with a customer with a form of aspegers”
