“Absolutely satisfied. When ever I try to make an on line purchase with other companies there is ALWAYS something in the software that complicates the process. Not so with PS. In less than 72 hours the book was in my possession and very reasonably priced.”

“Faultless service from PS Books! The books were carefully wrapped and arrived quickly in pristine condition. I initially just wanted to buy two books as Christmas gifts but there were so many lovely, unusual bargains that I bought several more. A catalogue was enclosed with my order, plus the regular emails that I subscribe to means I can browse online too. I can highly recommend them.”

“I've been using Postscript Books for a few years now and now I've discovered how to order online. Once I got the hang of it as I'm by no means a computer nerd it was a seamless procedure. You order and then receive an email confirming the order and then a notification from the delivery company as to when they'll deliver.”

“It is a pleasurable experience to see a Postscript Review drop through the front door letterbox, as it mens I can browse through and scan all books on offer, enjoyably reading reviews, and invariably selecting the creme de la creme and ordering them every time. The only comment otherwise is that I don't always get all those that I order, and there is no backorder system to ensure that I ever will get ALL the books I orinally ordered, regrettably? Can't you offer print-on-demand to those good customers who spend over £xxx pa, possibly, to then keep us 100% happy, please? Paul Marsh 0788 430 1861”

Our team work hard to curate the best titles and descriptions to achieve this exact result for all customers and it is fantastic to hear that the effort is worth it first-hand from an enthusiastic reader. We are always looking at ways to innovate and increase our best offering to all customers, while at the same time ensuring that we can continue to offer the great prices that we do. Unfortunately, a print to order option would prove to be quite an expensive venture and so this is currently something which is not possible. However, we do understand that customers want to receive all books they have requested to buy, even if not at the point of their order. We are always exploring options to create notifications and contact customers when titles hey have ordered have come back to stock, this is currently available online through our ‘notify me’ option, but we are continuing to investigate ways that our offline customers can receive the same service and we are hopeful that this is something we could implement in the not-too-distant future. So please, continue to enjoy the experience associated with your catalogue’s arrival. Rest assured we have heard you, and we are hoping to be able to enhance your experience further very soon.
