“Over the years, every book I have selected from the enormous range of books advertised, whether on offer or otherwise, has been swiftly delivered. The condition of the books has been very good, well wrapped and delivered in good time. Some have been gifted to family members and I wish I could read quicker so I can order more.”

“I have bought - and received promptly - a wide variety of books over the past 20 (?) years from PostScript. I am an avid reader of the monthly catalogue and welcome its arrival every time! Its succinct descriptions and information are excellent. I hope to continue to receive it well on into the distant future!! Books are delivered in very good condition and the costs of them are extremely reasonable. I have nothing but enthusiasm and praise for PostScript! Please keep up your excellent work and support for books and reading to balance up a bit the on-line and TV competition - especially with youngsters!!! They often do not know what they are missing!!! “V good speedy response to my order of 4 excellent books at very good prices. My only strong criticism is of Evri the delivery company which did NOT deliver books to my house but to a different address in my village with different post code. They were delivered by hand to me by the owner of the "wrong" house. I informed Evri which has not responded nor apologised. All those ordering books in the future should insist on a different carrier.”

“Postscript Books - first class service - but too often let down by the delivery service. Particular thanks when the last order when the delivery service decided that my correct postcode was invalid and refused to allow me to track my parcel. A call to Postscript explaining the situation was followed by a message giving an ETA for the parcel - which, for the first time in a long time, resulted in the parcel being delivered during the stated time slot. And why were some letters in this message being underscored in red? They are not typos, nor obscenities, and the "grammar correction" resulted in changing correct English for incorrect English.”

“It's amazing! I love receiving the brochure through my letterbox. It's rare that I don't end up buying at least one book. Excellent selection and amazing prices. I place my order by phone and it's so good to speak with a real person. Delivery is speedy and packaging, in cardboard folders, ensures books arrive in first class condition.”
