“I have been a customer for several years now and during that time, I have experienced nothing but a reliable service. “A great bookstore. I receive a regular brochure giving details of all books . The layout is easily read and encourages me to try new books . Also many good offers of 'end of line' items. I get a flavour of a small family business keen to promote themselves and their vision of being a good bookshop with something for everyone. I am happy to recommend postscript.”

“I have always enjoy looking at your choice of books available and then choosing several books. However having sent in my choose of books at about Christmas I did not receive the books. I wonder if the problem was with the Post Office or your office. I recently ordered some more books , which I have just received. I am always worried about the state of the books as up till now the parcel is thrown over my wall..I always hope that it will not rain !”

Unfortunately, it's not unheard of for an order to be lost in the post on it's way to us. “Very efficient and good packaging. Unfortunately the delivery company, Evri, took a picture of the wrong front garden and we found the package in the neighbour's garden. The address on the package was correct and very clear.”
