“Nothing wrong with the service, have used you for many yeras and accunalated many qualoity publications. Sadly things have not changed for the better. Your regular publicatiom used to be a pleasdure to browse. As you have now reduced the size and print quality it is now impossoible to read easily. Presume you have done this to redued costs. I have a eye condition which reduces my reading ability, and even with glasses the very small print that descibes the books is now impossible to read. However the bolder few words with the book name means that I can fine the details online. As mentioned above at least your book quality is still OK .”

Dear Kenneth Wildman, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts about our new 80-page catalogue - we are sorry to hear that the new format has made reading the catalogue so difficult for you. Unfortunately, our catalogue had simply grown too large, and we were required to reduce its overall size to comply with Royal Mail’s strict posting regulations. To achieve this, we had to adjust the layout and spacing, but went to great lengths to keep our text and font size the same, so it'd be just as easy to read as before. That said, we understand that a tighter layout can make it feel much harder to read, especially when dealing with an eye condition. We are glad that the bolder book titles are still helping you find details online, and that you are happy with our book quality. “An excellent means of acquiring a wide range of books at significant reductions from their original prices. The comprehensive monthly catalogue gives a good overview of what's available. It’s easy to end up making an 'inadvertent' purchase where something just 'catches the eye'. The web site has the full range of books available and works well, both for browsing and purchasing - never had any issues with ordering or delivery. The nature of this type of purchase means that occasionally something turns up which isn't quite what you expected in terms of content or format, but there is never an issue with quality, and sometimes the unexpected is a pleasant surprise! Overall, an excellent resource which I’ve used for over 10 years – thoroughly recommended.”

“(Sorry for the late response) I had to contact you as I had ordered two copies of a book (one for myself and one for my grandchildren) but only one had been delivered. I sopke to one of your colleagues and the problem was sorted out within a few minutes and I received the outstanding book within a couple of days. Very impressive! I have been buying books from you for more years than I care to remember and this is the first occasion when there has been any type of mishap. An excellent record considering the amount of transactions which I expect you deal with each week/year Every book I have bought from you has been excellent in both content and condition as has service and delivery.
