“I am waiting at the moment for a reply to my e-mail sent to complain about the poor packaging. The box was "strung" together with masses of parcel tape that got nowhere near making it secure. With the e-mail there was no facility to complain and to top it all it was an American lot of software used, as the spelling of centre was incorrect. Surely there is a button you can press to change it to English UK instead of English USA. It is our language after all.”

“I love Postscript books. I look forward to seeing their booklet coming in the post. I can sit and read it at leisure. No rush to do anything, or pressure to buy. I like a bargain, and Postscript have those in abundance. If not for the booklet, I might never see the books I want to read, but usually cannot afford. Delivery is fast, and always well packaged.”
