“I have ordered the delivery came with wrong items, I returned them but never received my order. So money gone for more than 30 pounds. So disapointed of the poundshop”

“Ordered last Sunday, order wasn’t picked until today (Saturday) 6 days later for half of the items to be out of stock but were in stock at the time of ordering. No customer service number and no reply’s to emails. Avoid at all costs. Joke of a company”

“I bought perfume from the pound shop. It was defective so I took it back to the shop. The ass. manager said I can't swap without a receipt. She then went off and came back with a couple of the same perfume bottles noting the different colours of the plastic sprayer. Insinuating that I had swapped them at home. I said I'm not that stupid. She then handed me a new perfume. It's a quid for goodness sake, she should of done it with out any quibble. I should of told her that the manufacturers had changed the sprayer because the old ones were defective. She made me feel so small and like a school child with her insinuations. Pathetic really with the item being only a quid. She needs to go on a customer service course. I really wanted to give zero stars.”

“Electrical goods in these stores terrible quality specially viido caused my phone to heat up ..hot and drained full battery in less then 2 hours, potentially dangerous do not recommend ☹”

“Order 15th May 2022 PShop said del by DPD Sat 21May between 8pm-9pm. Odd time to deliver however. Watched tracking 23stops away 15stops away 11stops away then it just vanished. Its now 20:23 get an email "sorry I missed you collect your parcel from Co-op in next village" "I never left the ruddy seat at the window looking for you" I dont have a car. Whining YES Whingeing YES. Do your job. Customer service 0121 647 2569 I ring, tape answers, "your in a queue". 20mins in queue gave up. Never had any bother with poundland when I could shop on two feet. If you want my advice even if the goods are good value, the prices cheap. DONT Keep your money. Save it up. Shop online somewhere who knows what they are doing.”

“My order did not arrive within the 7 to 10 day delivery and I have not been able to contact anyone at poundland by phone despite trying over and over again and all looking very suspicious. Money came out my account and email and looking very suspicious.”

“I placed an order and opted for the pay later option. I received confirmation if the order by e mail, which stated that I would receive and e mail with delivery tracking information. I have not received any delivery tracking info and I haven’t a clue when I can expect delivery. Klarma, the company that collects payment e mailed with full details of my order, however no Mention of the delivery date. I contacted Klarma, who responded stating that I should contact poundshop. The whole thing feels like a scam and as I can’t get in touch with poundshop, I have e mailed Klarma cancelling the order and instructing them to delete my data”

“Do not pay the 2 day delivery charge as it will not arrive £8.65 and I don’t even have an update to say when it’s going to arrive I ordered on Monday !!! I have emailed and had not response”

“If your going to order next day make sure to do it on a week day Not a weekend as your be waiting a few days for your delivery it doesn't state this on the website and customer service is useless also make sure to pay via PayPal or when requesting a refund will take ages”

“Original or not is the question, I have purchased a few products from £shop.com and it was the biggest mistake ever. Do not buy this product from £shop.com if you are after the quality from your shopping. I am not sure wether to blame this on the production company itself or if the product have been tampered with when it got to £ shop.com during the distribution process. Though, one thing I know for certain is that l have purchased & used all of this product ordered before but from other seller- olivia Blake body cream from Waitrose for example has nothing in common with the one I had bought from £shop.com apart from the name labels on the tub. So please think twice if the value for your money is worth your expectation and should the quality come first. The product stated below is what I found to be very different from the original or when bought from a well known trusted seller ; Olivia Blake body cream - received without seal and half pot full. Rusell&windsor moisturising body lotion range- I don’t even know if whatever they’ve put in the bottle matched the specifications stated on the list because there is no scent of the bluebell or hyacinth fragrances at all what so ever. This is not a hard missed smell scent as we all knew that those flowers are naturally famous for their strong nice smell. If you can smell Johnson baby cream and not this uk export cream then there is definitely something wrong. In fact the texture and the smell is very different from when I had bought the cream and used while I was in the United States. I don’t think this product range sell in £shop.com is the real stuff nor suitable or good to use on human body. ashton&moore hand wash - pump doesn’t work and volume of the quantity inside the bottle varies, I ordered 6x500ml of coconut &sage hand wash but not all bottle held 500ml in volume, why? La Bella Samantha perfum- does not held the fragrance smell as long as the one that l had purchased from another perfume shop which promised a guarantee of 100%originality on theirs product sold online. + the perfume bottle from £shop.com has been dispatched to me without box that should have shown the listed ingredients of the product rather than just a sticker of the name on the glass bottle alone. I am quite certain that uk consumer protection have a clear regulation on ingredient specifications on product especially if it has alcohol consumption of both external and internal usages. It make you wonder if this perfume selling £shop.com might have been far too old past it shelf life. Today I am no where near satisfied with my toiletries&body product bought from £shop.com and so far this is only a few items from a large box that I have ordered with them. I am actually dreading the thought of what I will find next. Surely there should at least be one product from my shopping list that’s 100% original and wholesome good in both quantity& quality or am I being too optimistic with this seller. I know that you get what you pay,however, most product in my shopping are not meant to be those of the stereotypical brand name extravagant expensive buy and that they are in fact a mere everyday good value essential. Which means my right in expecting the good and right standard of the product for what it is still should not have been compromised. At the end of the day £1.00 is still money that is hard earned for many of us, so why expect anything less on the basis that it can be bought for only a pound.”

“Two orders never arrived..waited weeks and eventually got a refund for the first order. Still waiting to find out if I get a refund on the second. I used paypal so should be able to claim. Will not order from them aragain”

“My first parcel took weeks to arrive and some items were battered and out of date. As so many friends had good opinions, I tried again on 19/11 with a special order for Christmas as I live in Italy. After 3 weeks no sign of it. The tracking says complete!!! They refuse to reply to my e-mails and I cannot phone from Italy. Just an absolute shambles. Ripped off and don't know how to get my money back!”

“Worst company ever I have had orders from them before with no trouble but this time I decided to use next day delivery nearly a week later and I am still waiting for it dispite several phone calls I just keep getting told it will be the next day or they are desperate to give me a refund I add the order is over a hundred pounds so not small I refuse and tell them I want the order why would I have ordered it if I didn't!! AVOID AT All Cost”
