“Very pleased with the service from this company. As soon as I'd made my order online I was telephoned to confirm the order and delivery, as well as receiving the email order confirmation. The goods arrived promptly and as expected and I am very pleased with the product so far. The product was also at the best online price I could find. I would certainly look to use this company again.”

“This was the first time I had made a purchase from Power Direct. On the receipt of my order they gave me a delivery date which they honoured and didn't change . They gave me a call on the morning of delivery and the driver even let me know how his day of deliveries, were panning out and was able to tell me he would be with me between 2/4pm, which was extremely helpful. This company made me feel that they valued my custom and from this care and attention would definitely secure from me any future business. Gary Woodward”

“Excellent service Item was as described, in stock, new and well packed in a sealed manufacturers original Box. Delivery was at the Time and Date advised to me by text and email. I researched other retailers on line and couldn't find a better deal. A very pleasant shopping experience. Thank you.”

“The vacuum cleaner was ordered easily online and paid for securely. The goods arrived undamaged within the specified 3-5 days (3 as i remember) and were skillfully packaged (though I suspect that is down to Messrs Dyson rather than PowerDirect.) I was very satisfied with the transaction - until I was in my local Currys a few days later to find they had the same item at a lower price!”
