“I purchased an induction hob among other things and was then hospitalised just after purchase with my heart. The information I was given recommended I did not get too close to induction hobs should I have a pacemaker fitted. I called Powerdirect, explained the issue in the hope of making an exchange and they could not have been more helpful. Everybody I spoke to was polite and understanding. I rate them 'First Class' and I will definitely recommend and buy from again, if not only on the grounds of the customer service. Their prices are keen too. Excellent, I can't say enough good things about them.”

“I ordered a indisit 60/40 fridge freezer as I needed more fridge space. The item arrived sooner than the 5 days quoted for large items. Love the amount of space in the fridge and lots of space on the door for bottles/ jars etc. Would definitely use powerdirect again and recommend to friends and family.”

“From start to finish, this was smooth, stress free transaction. The price was very competative, cheaper than anywhere else plus there was a 5% discount available that day. I paid online, and received an email confirmation. Within a week, I had been contacted to state my preferred delivery date. The company kept in touch throughout. I missed one call and when I rang back I spoke to an operator immediately. This was really refreshing! I received a confirmation text the day before delivery. My fantastic fridge freezer was delivered within the time slot by two friendly delivery staff. There is nothing more I could ask for: perfect product, delivery and follow up!!”

“This company had the very best price for a fridge/freezer, significantly undercutting others for exactly the same item. It took 4 working days to be delivered, though some do it quicker, but worth the wait considering the excellent price and the fact the delivery is free! I was called to arrange the delivery and it was done spot on time, brought into the house, positioned and all packaging taken away. Now that's what I call a win, win situation.”
