“Purchased a NEFF oven from this website. Website purchase was simple however oven was delayed for over 2 months as the oven was not in the warehouse and had to be provided by the manufacturer. Whilst this wasn't an issue for me, and Power Direct did keep me informed on progress of the order, this was not clear at the point I purchased it from the website, my money was taken before they had the oven in their warehouse and this could effect someone who may need the item quicker.”

“excellent prices and they answer the phone. Slow delivery by a third party let them down a star. But Powerdirect stayed involved and nudged the delivery company.”

“Very good price, excellent value. would have got 5 stars had it not been for the delivery service. No tracking once left the store, had to phone to find expected delivery date then was 'passed around'. Found the delivery had been held at a depot till they had more deliveries to our area. eventually arrived 12 days after order! Powerdirect you need to review your couriers.”

“Price was good, website clear and confirmation fine. I had to call them to get delivery details but was then called back by the courier within the 7-10 days period. It seems they can only arrange the following day, rather than give me a longer warning so I could arrange to be in, which is less useful - it must be possible to plan a bit further ahead. I had to decline then wait for another day when the delivery would again be "tomorrow" and hope I could be in. Delivery itself was fine, helpful, driver called up to let me know when he'd be here and goods delivered in good condition.”

“Powerdirect offered a good service and a competitive price for the product bought which arrived in good condition and according to schedule. They gave clear information about delivery procedures and progress could be readily tracked. I would buy from them again if the price were right.”

“The process of ordering the Bosch Washing machine was quite easy. The staff we spoke to on the phone were helpful and very polite. That part of the transaction was very satisfactory. However. When the appliance was delivered the men refused to take away the old machine, which was completely disconnected. They also had to be requested to remove the packaging, in order to facilitate an inspection of the appliance; which was satisfactory. It was not until they had departed that we discovered that they had thrown the packaging in the garden. It was this part of the transaction which was very disappointing. I telephoned the sales department, and the person with whom I conversed, affirmed that I had paid for the old machine to be recycled. The problem we had, was that the old machine had to be stored for a further week, until it was collected, by a very friendly different team.”
