“I ordered a similar pushchair from another company who shall remain nameless which totally ripped me off (it was Kiddisave!!), so after already waiting for 2 weeks for nothing I found a suitable pushchair with the Pram Centre. I ordered in the morning and everything arrived the very next morning. I couldn't believe it was the order from Pram Centre that had arrived so quickly and at first I was expecting it to be the older order. Very impressed with their service and communication which is why I am writing this positive review about them. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone, Thanks to everyone at Pram Centre.”

“If items are out of stock they shouldn't be advertised as being delivered within 3 days. I ordered off the website and paid however 2 days later I get a call saying the item is out of stock and I will not get them before 7-10 days. if this was the case it would have been nice to know at point of order and before paying for them.”

Unfortunately with regards to your order our website T's & C's do state that if a product is out of stock upon ordering a member of staff at pram centre will be in contact asap.Our website allows the purchase regardless of the stock level as we are able to pre order products. “Fast service received within three days , only issue I had was not shipped to the address requested it was a mixture of my home address and requested address. Easily resolved when driver phoned me and re delivered to correct address. Nice xmas present for my new grandson”
