“Really fantastic company and service. Me and my girlfriend really wanted the cot and there was only one left. My girlfriend called and you guys reserved it for us. I then got a text saying it would be delivered the next day which is fantastic and you gave me the option to choose a different day/a safe place choice. Overall very very happy and I will definitely use you again and recommend you.”

“Haven't put the Crib together yet but it looks lovely from what I can see. Ordering was easy, got confirmation of delivery and then a text on the day with an hours time slot. Great service.”

“To whom it may concern, I ordered a pair of the VIB Swarovski Curtains for my wee boys nursery, as i fell in love with them online. they arrived a couple days after i ordered them, however when i opened them i noticed they were dirty and faded, i was a little bit disappointed as they were quite expensive. i emailed your sales team on the wednesday and called them on thursday to confirm they had received my email, i spoke to a lovely lady on the phone, unfortutnaley i cant rememeber her name and she was so apologotic for this and said a returned item must have slipped through the net and arranged for my damaged pair to be picked up and fresh new ones be delivered tomorrow. i was so pleased with her offer as i dont drive and was worrying about how i would return the damaged ones as i know postage would of been around £10 and i cant really afford that. i will definaltey be ordering more from your store as your customer service really excelled today, i know it may not seem like it is a big deal but to me for someone who doesnt drive and money is quite tight, the worry of the return was stressing me. thank you again angela grenfell”

“The service from Pram Centre Glasgow has been excellent. Very good communication, ensuring that I was kept up to date of each stage of the delivery of my items. Someone phoned me to let me know when to expect my delivery. Received a call from the driver to say exactly when they would be arriving and they were spot on. The quality of the furniture that I Received, was also of a high standard and everything that should be there was there.. I would highly recommend the Pram Centre and will definately be returning in the future. Very swift service. Thank you!”

“I received the Nicole gliding crib the next day, so can't fault the prompt delivery. However on opening the packaging I soon realised that they had sent me the wrong colour. I ordered the white crib but received the wood coloured one instead. So hopefully they will rectify this.”

“Excellent service. Ordered a new pushchair at 9pm on Sunday and recieved it by 2pm on Tuesday, free delivery and the cheapest price I could find that model of pushchair for.”

“The whole process was very quick and straight forward, delivery was excellent. My only small gripe was that once there was confirmation of the order being received there was no communication until the package came out for delivery. It would have been nice to receive an email stating the order was being processed.”

“delivery time was good but box delivered in very poor condition with rocking horse damaged and rockers, fittings etc. all missing. The lady who dealt with my complaint at customer services was very pleasant and efficient and has arranged for pick up of damaged parcel today and for delivery of new horse. I imagine the damage was caused by the carriers but perhaps a sturdier box would be worth considering.”
