“Ordered a joie steadi car seat online. Confirmation advised delivery in 4 days. Received phone call the next day advising it was out of stock and would be 2-3 weeks before it was back in stock. Not first time this has happened. Purchased car seat elsewhere!”

With regards to the out of stock item it is stated in our T's&C's that if an item is out of stock then you will be contact by a member of staff at pram centre however if this has not been the case I am very sorry and will look into this further. “Spoke to a lady called Louisa over the live chat today, we had bought a Doona car seat and got a free bag with it and then I noticed on their website it's advertised with a free rain cover as well so I though I'd ask over the live chat and boy am I glad I did!! She was so helpful and arranged for it to be delivered free of charge in couple of days! Also helped with isofix base for it too ,checked if it would fit my car and as she wasn't sure she did I can always take it back in 14 days if it didn't fit! I'm so pleased with this 1st class service and couldn't be more happier for choosing Glasgow pram centre for our purchases! Thank you again!”
