“We haven't yet received the goods as th order was placed only a couple of days ago. However, ordering our furniture was very easy and all the items were cheaper than in other websites. We also needed to book the assembly service and that went really smoothly, Pram Centre's customer service was superb and called back when they said they would, giving us all the info we needed without fuss. We would order from this store again, no question!”

“I've had a lot of problems with mothercare, about ordering the correct pram, so I found the pram Centre and ordered the correct pram, at a cheaper price and had it delivered a day later , we can't fault them at all. Excellent.”

“Everything was good except the delivery date was not clear on site as it says 3 working days when in actual fact it's is taking 3 weeks. This was the only issue I had.”

“Very pleased with this changer. Fits our cot - would likely fit most cots/cotbeds. Assembled it in minutes, nice finish, feels sturdy, doesn't require me to pull cot out from wall to accommodate overhang at back, handy rail at one end, super price - most other brands are overpriced. Can't fault it. Would recommend highly.”

“The pushchair is lovely and at an amazing price also delivery was extremely quick - unfortunately there was no communication from you what so ever to even notify me of the pending delivery and your delivery driver is one of the rudest people I've had the 'pleasure' of meeting!! I for one will not be a returning customer”

I sincerely apologise if you have not received confirmation of your order. upon ordering you should have received a confirmation email which is system generated. At your earliest convenience I would advise to check your junk/email inbox as sometimes company emails can be marked as this without your authorisation. with regards to the van driver I will certainly take this up with our courier service. “I ordered a car seat for my mums car it arrived damaged and had to wait 3 weeks for a replacement! All sorted now but a big inconvenience!”

“Very happy with my new stroller. At first was a bit hesitant to buy it as never heard of this brand and couldn't find any reviews. But it is very lovely, thick fabric, easy to push, wheels also are good quality. Easy to carry down stairs holding my little one at the same time. + quick delivery. Overall happy mama and baby :-)”

“I ordered a wicker rattan dolls crib 2nd oct I received a phone call on 7th oct to say crib was not in stock but could be obtained by 28 oct I agreed to this .I phoned today 28th and was told crib was not in stock and could not say when it would be available this is a shocking way to treat a customer if I had not phoned when did you intend to notify me I received this feedback email prompt enough very disappointed fay brown.”

“I can only comment on the delivery at this time as we have not yet opened it. I ordered it on Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday at the time I was given. First class service. My grandchild is not due until March. We will review again when they start to use it.”

“Got a great deal on the family fix base, pebble and pearl - however they arrived non-branded, bashed-up card board boxes as if returned by another customer. No damage to the items though so still happy with our purchase. Pramworld sent the wrong car seat adaptors too, but quickly arranged delivery of the new ones, and collection of the old one - so overall a pleasant transaction. Would probably use again.”

“Decided to buy the Chicco Next2Me on recommendation but Pram Center were the best price on the Internet. Purchase was very easy and delivery was quick and easy with no waiting in because the communication with me was excellent. Cot arrived boxed and in perfect condition. Just waiting for baby to arrive now!”
