“Ordered an item on the website appearing as in stock. Called Tuesday afternoon to be told it was no longer in stock. Why couldn't I have been told this earlier as it caused issues as the item was needed for a specific reason and ordered from pram centre as in stock and delivery was to be in time.”

Hi Lindsay, I sincerely apologise that we could not fulfil your order on this occasion. With regards to the out of stock item it is stated in our T's&C's that if an item is out of stock then you will be contact by a member of staff at pram centre however if this has not been the case I am very sorry and will look into this further. “From the ordering to delivery excellent service. I was contacted by Pramcentre very soon after placing the order advising me of estimate of delivery date. Order came as advised by them and also by text of the couriers. Excellent service by both and the delivery man also helped me put in the back of the car. Thank you.”

“Pramcentre.co.uk website was easy to use and offered great value. The goods came 3 days after I placed the order and the delivery company were very good, providing a text with approximate delivery time so I did not have to hang around all day waiting. I will definitely check out their site again.”

“I bought a maxi cosi pebble carseat footmuff & potty training equiptment online and it was deliverer the next morning free of charge....(if you spend over £49.99) Im a first time user of the pramcentre website & will definetly order from it again ????.”

“Website states that item will be received within a few days which is what we needed. No indication on the website that this is out of stock. Received a voice message that this was out of stock and your delivery would be 7-10 days. Is this not mis advertising? Have tried to get through to speak to someone but no one ever answers your customer service line. As I'm being induced due to high blood pressure this is more hassle than what I bargained for and now likely to receive the item after baby is born which is no good as I need to get the car seat sorted before I go into labour.”

Our website is unfortunately not stock controlled and therefore doesn't show when any item is out of stock. This is stated in our T's&C's and explained in more detail.
