“I've recently order a travel cot and a baby swing from pramcentre and I couldn't be more satisfied. I'm expecting a baby in March but wanted to be well prepared. It was very easy to order from pramcentre and also very reasonable prices. Will be ordering from you again! Thank you.”

“Website easy to use and good service with quick delivery. I would have given 5 stars but I did not get a text giving delivery time as stated on the website nor did I get an e-mail when the item was dispatched. Otherwise very happy with the service and would buy from Pram Centre again.”

“I ordered a car seat adapter then received an email stating "thank you for your part payment" (I paid in full) so had to call up and wait to speak to someone to sort it out and check the item.would be dispatched. Turns out it was a system error their end (annoying). Then when I checked about the item dispatch time was told it could be up to 2 weeks and was offered a refund (annoying). It would have been more helpful if they had had a warning on this item of the stock delay time and get you to call to check before paying. Not sure this is the most efficient company. Call before you order (but be prepared to wait on hold!)”

Good Morning, Thank you for your review. My sincerest apologies for the trouble you have experienced with your order. I am pleased to know that my colleague has managed to rectify the issue regarding your payment, we have been dealing with PayPoint and PayPal with the hope that this issue has now been resolved and will not happen again. With regards to stock availability, in our T&C's it makes note that if an item is not available a member of our Sales Team will be in contact shortly after purchase, they will ask if you are happy to proceed or if you wish to reselect or have a full refund processed. I would also like to apologise for the delay you have experienced on our phone lines, we have taken on more staff and are currently in the midst of introducing new phone lines at the end of this month, this should result in our high volume of calls being answered more promptly as we will have more handsets available. “When I ordered the item it showed 71 quantity abut after a day I get a call saying its out of stock so it messed up my plans I hope I get my refund on time”

Hi Simera, I sincerely apologise that we could not fulfil your order on this occasion. With regards to the out of stock item it is stated in our T's&C's that if an item is out of stock then you will be contact by a member of staff at pram centre.However it has been complete human error on our part having had the saturn swing showing stock and I am very sorry about this. “Really very pleased with my purchase as a whole. The pushchair is so lovely and my little girl loves it. Delivery from pramcentre was very prompt and I was kept up to date throughout the whole process. Amazing!”
