“The website and delivery service was good. £5.99 was just a but expensive for delivery other than that it was good. I tried to change my order after paying but before dispatch and found it difficult to do so , I tried to add an item on but ended up leaving it as I couldn't figure out how to do it. Thanks”

“Good prices, quick delivery, huge range of items. Only minus is that the Maxi-cosi Footmuff to fit the Pebble car seat was grubby. I think it had picked up the marks in storage. The cardboard packaging did not completely cover the item. I have had to wash it before using it, as my daughter's baby is due next week there is not time to return it for replacement. As I write this the article is still drying so I hope it the marks have come off. The other item I ordered, Out'n'About Hand Muffs arrived in good condition and will be very useful.”

“Delivery was very quick, however the only negative thing to say, was that after ordering one item, I decided to buy the same item again as a present, on the web site it said I could amend my order but there was no way of doing this. I tried phoning the shop, kept on hold for 9 minutes the first time&8minutes the second time, to be told sorry no you'll have to re order, other than that the Highchair is lovely”
