“Original order seemed to have got lost, I waited over a week before getting in contact! Must say it was sorted out immediately and arrived the very next day. Great product and good price ???? Happy customer x”

“I ordered a pram package via the website but only after I called first to check how long it would take to arrive, was told 2 weeks. I ordered the package but then received a call saying it would be approx 5 weeks. This was quickly rectified by them giving me a price match on a more expensive package, albeit was a different colour to what I wanted, I was still pleased. Fast delivery, arrived in 3 days of the phone call. Another small downside was the website wouldn't accept a debit or credit card, site crashed twice, ended up using PayPal. But would still use/recommend the company as very pleased with service, delivery and product after initial hiccups.”

“I ordered 2 items online then I call a got a few days later to be told one of them wasn't actually in stock, I was quite disappointed but a refund was given. Great customer service though!”

“The pink rocking horse I purchased is lovely and an absolute bargain that I've bought as a Christmas present for my niece. It's fantastic quality and I highly recommend the sellers. Delivery was fast but I wouldn't recommend the courier firm used. My box arrived with a massive hole and torn to pieces. They thought it was ok to cover it in practically a whole roll of tape to " hide "the damage. Just because the tape had ( resealed by interlink with care) doesn't mean it was. All i can say is thank god they make really big gift bags because there is no way I could give my niece this in the original box .”

“Product ( from limited use) seems well made and was delivered to schedule. A high level of pre-purchase product information was provided via telephone support which aided choice of purchase and gave me confidence in Pram Centre. However, there is no supporting documentation with the product or paper receipt. The receipt in is an email format not compatible with the Maxi Cosi site ( you have to upload a copy to register) which makes registration a pain and you search for product numbers etc. (still a bit baffled!) It would be useful if the paperwork supplied contained the information needed to activate the manufacturer's warranty and made this process easier for the customer.”

“Very happy with this order, although possibly quite lucky as well! We bought an Uppababy Vista pram and Maxi Cosi carseat online, as part of a package deal. (was cheaper than just buying the pram on it's own). I'd read a lot of other reviews and fully expected a waiting time of a few weeks for the pram, seems to be a common supplier issue with many shops. As it turns out, received a call a few hours after placing my order online to say that unfortunately there was a waiting time of a few weeks - but then received another call about 10 minutes later to say that actually they were mistaken, and my order had shipped, to be delivered next day! (even the shop sounded surprised!) So no complaints from me about speed of service, but we could just have been lucky with this one! Package contents were all as expected, perfect condition, nothing missing. Overall I'd be happy to recommend Pramcentre.”
