“Ordered Sunday arrived Wednesday. Easy to assemble except the foot rest was a little tricky. Doesn't fold up quite as flat as I thought it would but a lovely and practical chair overall.”

“Bit disappointed that a few days after ordering I received a email to say it was out of stock and would have to wait 2-3 weeks for delivery. Website really needs to be updated more often. Can't give poor stars as iv purchased a lot of times before and not had a problem although this is the first time I've ordered online from them.”

Thank you for taking the time to review us :) My sincerest apologies that we have let you down with the expected delivery time of your order, under section 3 of our Terms and Conditions it does makes reference that we will notify you of our acceptance of your order by email and you may also receive a call or email from one of our advisors regarding stock availability if the items are not available and advise when the item will return to stock, unfortunately it does appear that this has been the case in regards to your order. “Price for my Atom is amazing and as a Canadian, I LOVE the lumberjack print. I got a call saying that the red car seats were out and I could get that in green which I grudgingly agreed to... But it came today and it's all red!!! Yahoo!!!”

“It is difficult to review the item I purchased from The Pram Centre as I paid for it last week via their website and several days later had a phone call to inform me that the item was out of stock for the next 2 -3 wks. Their website still does not mention the item is on back order As their price is the most competitive I could find via Google I am waiting for it to come into stock. However, the two members of staff I spoke with when I called were very polite..”

“Ordered on line, was easy and quick response back re delivery times and to advise that one part was out of stock but could be ordered in. Much easier than in store where it was impossible to find an assistant to help us despite asking 3 people!”

“Price is fantastic,showing 2 in stock.placed order and paid,received a call 2 days later,to say that it isn't in stock,appreciated the phone call,but payment was sent on the understanding the stock was there,and I would receive within 3 days.Not a massive problem,just took it from excellent to very good,sorry”

“Ordered a rocking horse. It was really nice. My kid loved it. The screws were not completely fixed into the sliding wooden log but with some extra effort made way and got that fixed. Overall nice gift in reasonable price. Kids will love it.”

“Pushchair delivered nice and quick, but unfortunately the wrong colour. Rung the company and the person I spoke to was very polite and helpful. Another delivery very next day for a swap.”
