“Hi just to say that the delivery was first class ,, didn't expect the cot so quickly,,, it is for my Grandsons (not born yet ) baby.. so it is still in it's packaging waiting for them to pick it up, so cannot make a review as yet ,,, but hoping it is in one piece so to speak Many Thanks Jean Wallace”

“The payment took a while from coming out of my account to your account - it took a week with no communication at all. Once received the goods came quickly with text messages sent stating when delivery would take place and giving you the opportunity to change.”

“Pram arrived with carry-cot missing but after contacting the helpline a replacement was sent out. Girl on the phone couldn't have been more helpful. Price of travel system on the black Friday sale was brilliant and too good to pass up. Very pleased with our purchase and in dealing with Pramcentre.co.uk.”

“Absolutely beautiful pram and really lovely quality. I was a little disappointed that I wasn't told when ordering or at any point between ordering and delivery that it was out of stock and I would have to wait. Only waited 11 days but it meant my husband was away (working offshore) when it arrived and so never got to see it or give me his opinion on if he thought it was suitable for our daughter or worth it.......and build it!!”

“The delivery was very prompt. The colour of the pram was a little different and there are some scratches but nothing too big. Overall I'm happy with the item”

“Unfortunately my order is out of stock for a few weeks, however I am impressed that I have been kept up to date and the person I spoke to ( Linda) was very helpful indeed. Thank you, I look forward to receiving my order”

“I love love love my nursing pillow. The pictures don't do it justice. It comes with a super soft bubbly cover. Breastfeeding is so much easier. Delivery was really quick. Will definitely order again from the VIB range. My husband bought me the changing table/bath and it changed my life ( and back). Money well spent!!!”

“Fast service received within three days , only issue I had was not shipped to the address requested it was a mixture of my home address and requested address. Easily resolved when driver phoned me and re delivered to correct address. Nice xmas present for my new grandson”

“The whole process was very quick and straight forward, delivery was excellent. My only small gripe was that once there was confirmation of the order being received there was no communication until the package came out for delivery. It would have been nice to receive an email stating the order was being processed.”

“Website easy to use and good service with quick delivery. I would have given 5 stars but I did not get a text giving delivery time as stated on the website nor did I get an e-mail when the item was dispatched. Otherwise very happy with the service and would buy from Pram Centre again.”

“Everything was good except the delivery date was not clear on site as it says 3 working days when in actual fact it's is taking 3 weeks. This was the only issue I had.”
