“Got a great deal on the family fix base, pebble and pearl - however they arrived non-branded, bashed-up card board boxes as if returned by another customer. No damage to the items though so still happy with our purchase. Pramworld sent the wrong car seat adaptors too, but quickly arranged delivery of the new ones, and collection of the old one - so overall a pleasant transaction. Would probably use again.”

“First time buyer, great service on web with chat facility which helped. Ordered goods, got a phone call next day saying order is out of stock will be delivered in a few weeks. Great customer service”

“The only reason I failed to give 5 stars was because my order was for 2 footmuffs for my double buggy. When I placed the order online you had 5 in stock. The stock level on your website reduced to 3 after my order. Yet I received a call the next working day to be informed that I could only have one footmuff as you'd sold out.”

“Have purchased from here before. A pram, only took 4 days to arrive. Unfortunately this time the item I ordered was out of stock. They did call next day to let me know. Very speedy update.”

“We just ordered a travel cot for our grandson onSaturday evening arrived hassel free on Tuesday . Only complaint I would have is wanted to check something out and they took 20 mins to answer the phone . The women who answered was extremely helpful .”

“Really lovely car seat. It looks super comfy and really secure. I'm using it for my 10 month old but I would definitely feel safe using it from newborn as it has a lovely newborn insert. It's a bit bulky but any car seat will take up some space”

“Ive not received my items yet as they're on a payment plan but I like the fact they offer this as a pram is an expensive purchase For most people so it's nice to pay it Off but by bit. Also happy that this is the cheapest ive found the pushchair anywhere.”

“Very prompt delivery. Seat looks great. Only minor quibble would be no despatch advice was issued and we didn't know it was on it's way. Only a minor one though.”

“I collected the package last evening. It was well battered, with the lid half open and the base of the isofix protruding through the cardboard too. I won't be using the seat for a few months so I have left it in the plastic wrapper as it does appear to be OK. I have to say that first impressions when being handed the package were not favourable.”

“As we haven't received our cot yet I feel as though it's a bit early to write a review when my goods arrive I will be happy to review your company maybe you should check to see if delivery has been made before sending out a review the cot arrived today very pleased with it”

“Good overall experience although I was not informed the order I made was out of stock. This meant delivery was delayed but when I called to enquire I was pleased with the quick response and received the order the next working day.”

“I ordered on line which was done with no difficulty however I received a call the next day leaving a message to call back to arrange delivery took a long time on hold waiting to talk with a member of staff from the store possibly ten minutes or more. Once I spoke with the staff member I was dealt with efficiently .”
