“Price wise the product is absolutely brilliant, although we did receive a notification advising of a delay in delivery as our order wasn't ready, but was still in the warehouse. I understand these things happen however it is just a little inconvenient. Nevertheless i definitely appreciate the update!”

“Very happy with one of the travel cots I purchased whereas one has a broken clip on the centre locking part underneath but isn't so much a problem that it cannot be used”

“I placed my order without issue and called shortly after to query the estimated delivery time as I was overseas. I was assured it would be dispatched that very same day and felt confident with that. When I called two days later to ask whether I would hear from the delivery company I was told my order hadn't been dispatched. It took four hours and multiple calls to them find out it was being dispatched as we speak. A friend had ordered the same product 24hrs after me and had already received hers by this point. I couldn't fault that staff but I was never given a reason as to why there had been a delay and this fact would make me wary ordering again in a hurry. I did receive my product very quickly after this.”

“Ordering was very easy and delivery quick I ordered Friday evening and goods arrived on the Wednesday .only thing was when I ordered didn't receive a confirmation email so didn't know if the sale had gone through .i phoned customer services and they were very helpful would definitely use the pram centre again .”

“I have had a good experience both times I have shopped with Pram Centre. The online chat facility is very good. My only issue was with the payment options at checkout as it was a bit confusing and I couldn't get my card to work on the PayPoint one.”

“The team answered quickly to my price match request. I bought the articles and asked for the price match and I should be paid back (I had to chase once). The artiles were not all available but the lady who called was nice and the first part was delivered quickly. I am waiting for the rest hence the good and not very good but I am not worried about the rest of the delivery.”

“The item which has been delivered is not the colour that I ordered, however after speaking with customer services they are sending the correct item out on Monday which is technically the next working day which im pleased with!”
