“Ordered a cot bed online, good service and quick delivery. The only downside was the delivery arrived in 2 parts but that was fault at the couriers end rather than the pram centre. The quality of the under cot drawer isn't the best s few marks on the White. Overall it is a lovely cot everyone comments on it”

“Quick delivery although I wasn't advised of a delivery date. Luckily someone was home at the time to receive the items. Thoroughly impressed with the x2 strollers I purchased and at a great price. Thanks”

“Excellent delivery by return, only downside is that although web site advertised accepting American Express the sale did not go through and a call to the help line was needed the next day to establish that Amex is not accepted ! Had to delete order and start over again.”

“I chose this company due to the item being the cheapest online. Although after a few days, they contacted me to say they had run out of stock and it would be a week until I would receive the item. Not too bad I initially thought. Then the week turned in to 10 days and I had to contact them for an update. They said they would be receiving stock in the next few days and would contact me to arrange delivery. And they did, a few days later and I have just picked up the item. Overall the Pramcentre were good. I have yet to test the car seat.”

“I bought some of the most expensive produtcs that pramcentre has on sale but I still will have to wait for a month before my stokke xplory package arrives. Don't get me wrong. Price is the best, costumer service is perfect, very efficient but if you don't want to be disappointed please order at least a month or two in advance. There other aspects to be improved, one of them is the my account feedback and another is the lack of updates on products that are out of stock. These two small aspects would lead to a smoother experience when buying from Pramcentre.”

“The car seat came quickly. It looked complicated at first to us as grandparents, because we were not familiar with the new products. However, it now looks very simple and we can get the child seat in and out of the car very quickly.”

“Service excellent - goods delivered next day. Although would have appreciated despatch notification as almost missed the carrier. Item is ok, just not sure I would have bought it if I had seen it first hand in a local shop. However, as I could only find one on-line I took that chance.”

“Order didn't go as planned, but was offered a goodwill gesture. Unfortunately, I'd already bought a pram elsewhere. Would use site again, but would make sure they have the pram in the colour I want first. Seems like a nice family run business.”

Hi, Kyle. Thank you for taking the time to review us. My sincerest apologies that you feel we have let you down at this time. I believe it was my colleague Melissa who you spoke to in regards to your recent order with us. I have just logged on to our Payment System and I can see that you had placed your order at 13:05pm on Saturday 30th January, your refund was then processed at 17:27pm that same day. As it was processed on the weekend, the bank will not have processed this action until Monday 1st February, with this then being the first working day. All Debit/Credit Card Refunds will take around 3-5 working days to show back in to your account, if the money does not show in your Bank Account by tomorrow night then I would suggest contacting your bank as we processed the refund in the first instance. The Stroller which you had ordered is still available to purchase on a Pre-Order basis, as stated on our website. My sincerest apologies once again for any inconvenience caused to you thus far, if there is anything else I can help you with please do not hesitate to contact me directly on natalie@pramcentre.co.uk.
