“1st time buyer from the pram centre. Lovely baby walker/rocker, delivery was great was given a 1 hour slot and it arrived within the hour time frame, it was well packaged and baby loves it!!! So we have no complaints, would definitely buy from this company again.”

“I ordered the Quinny Zapp Xtra2 with a few other accessories. I got a phone call the next day to say that unfortunately it wasn't in stock & will be a 2/3week wait. Of course I was gutted but the customer service is great.”

“I ordered a VIB car seat. I am so pleased with this purchase, its really comfortable for my little girl. The padding is really thick and great value for money. Very quick delivery as well. Would recommend this to others.”

“Product I wanted was out of stock. It still shows that it is in stock on the website - I would suggest saying its out of stock of not available. However, I had a phone call the morning after I placed the order to say it was out of stock. I have still yet to receive confirmation regarding refund which I have requested twice.”

Hi Kelly, Thank you for taking the time to review our services. I am so sorry that we have been unable to fulfil your order on this occasion! On our website the product you purchased shows on a pre order for May. I am unsure if this was the case when you purchased and am very sorry if you have missed this in any way. Your refund was processed on Sunday 13/3/16 and takes 3-5 working days to appear back into your account as your bank must authorise the refund. I can confirm that the funds have already left our account. Again I am so sorry for the inconvenience caused by our website being updated to late and hope that you shop with us again soon. “Fab delighted to find the armadillo xt flip in Liberty £100 cheaper than mamas and papas direct and to be able to put down 20% deposit and order it on a pay up and collect option was fantastic I'm happy can't wait to get my new buggy”

The email which you received upon placement of your order is system generated to confirm that your order has been received. As you placed your order at 2.47pm on Friday 11/3/16 this would have been processed first thing on Saturday 12/3/16. However as our courier service does not operate over the weekends this is why you have not had further information as to the whereabouts of your parcel until it left us today to be with you tomorrow. As your parcel has now left this store you will receive at text message/email to advise of an hourly timeslot for you to expect your delivery to arrive with you. Please be aware that our website states we deliver within 3 working days as we unfortunately do not have the facilities to guarantee next day delivery. Please see below for details stated on our website informing of the ordering process*. *All deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm, please supply a mobile number on your order and our carrier will send a notification text the day of delivery with your tracking number and a time slot (please note that some deliveries of more than one parcel may be split if so you will receive a text message for each delivery) Please feel free to contact me on natalie@pramcentre.co.uk if you would like to discuss your review further or if I can be of assistance with any other enquiries you may have I would be more than happy to help. “Ordered Venicci travel system online as it stated it was in stock. Received a phone call the next day to tell me the travel system wasn't actually in stock, and it would take approx 6 weeks for delivery. We were unable to wait this long as our baby girl had arrived 7 & a half weeks early. Pram Centre had already taken payment of £499.00 from my account and I was told it would take 3-5 working days for the amount to be refunded back to my account...thus delaying us in buying travel system elsewhere and delaying bringing our daughter home as had to wait for car seat. This was our first experience with Pram Centre, and we were not impressed.”

Hi Lynsey, Thank you for taking the time to review us. I am so sorry that we have been unable to fulfil your order on this occasion. Unfortunately as our website allows for pre orders, products will always be available to buy even when no in stock as they are purchased on a pre order basis. Please see the link provided below to the product you purchased from us which you will see is showing as on a pre order for between 6-8 weeks upon the selection of your chassis. The whole venicci range has been on a pre order since January 2016 on our website as all new orders take this time to reach us due to such high demand of this travel system http://www.pramcentre.co.uk/venicci-vento-3in1-travel-system/32001?product_id=32001&choice_ids%5B10%5D=5803&choice_ids%5B3%5D=1937. With regards to your refund, the fund leave our account as soon as we request for a refund to take place, however it is then up to you bank to authorise the funds to enter your account which is where it can take 3-5 working days, this is an average time scale and most banks generally allow the process to take place within 24hrs. Please see section 3 and 6 of our T's & C's below to be fully advised of how our order and refunding process works: 3. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER. We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by email and you may also receive a call or email from one of our advisers. We will call regarding stock availability if the items is not available and advise when the item will return to stock, payment and to discuss delivery details and times which would be the most suitable for youself. At this point a binding agreement between us will be established. If we do not accept your order for any reason or the price of the product has increased between the time of order and our acceptance (or if a supplementary delivery charge applies) we will e-mail you to advise of the change. You will then have to resubmit your order. Only credit and debit cards are accepted as payment via this site. Gift vouchers and credit notes not accepted. 6. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW. You have the right to withdraw from this agreement but this right ends 14 days after the date we deliver the products to you. Any amounts you have been charged will be repaid to you by way of credit to your account within 14 days of the return of goods/cancellation of your order.
