“I have already written a review; however it was one of negativity and completely unjustified. I am blaming baby brain. I have now received my V.I.P footmuff and it is absolutely gorgeous; I'm not a frills and bows person but the bows compliment the footmuff. It is so soft and I swear my twelve week old daughter smiled when I put her in it. Thanks again Tracy williamson”

“Just want to say a massive thank you to the ladies at Pram Centre !! They have been great with there advice on products/brands and you can tell they really know their stuff. They are extremely competitive with price and the choice of products is endless. You can literally get everything you need from one place, you know your order will be on time and help is at hand either by phone or on an easy live chat online. Can't rate them more, you want an easy enjoyable experience when pregnant and with Pram Centre you definitely have an easy enjoyable experience knowing your exciting baby bits are on there way to be delivered. Hi Sharon, I am so sorry that you have not yet received your car seat. Your order was places on Saturday 12/3/16 and your parcel dispatched from our store on Monday 14/3/16 to be with you on the following working day. However upon tracking your order I can see that the delivery was cancelled and your parcel has been held at your local depot as a delivery has been requested to go ahead on 18/3/16 instead. This has been due to your parcel being labelled with the wrong address. Again I am so sorry for the delay on getting your car seat to you and hope that your little one enjoys it when it arrives. “Ordered a Maxi Cosi car seat. Received email confirmation of order, Took full payment then got a phone call the next day to say it's out of stock! would need to wait 2-3 weeks. Doesn't state this on the website.”

Hi Angela, I am so sorry that we have been unable to fulfil your order on this occasion. Unfortunately as our website allows for pre orders, products will always be available to buy even when no in stock as they are purchased on a pre order basis. Please see section 3 of our T's & C's below to be fully advised of how our order process works: 3. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER. We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by email and you may also receive a call or email from one of our advisers. We will call regarding stock availability if the items is not available and advise when the item will return to stock, payment and to discuss delivery details and times which would be the most suitable for youself. At this point a binding agreement between us will be established. If we do not accept your order for any reason or the price of the product has increased between the time of order and our acceptance (or if a supplementary delivery charge applies) we will e-mail you to advise of the change. You will then have to resubmit your order. Only credit and debit cards are accepted as payment via this site. Hi Mahboob, Thank you for taking the time to review us. We generally send out 2 review requests. The first one is to review the use of our website and the second is to review your products received. I sincerely apologise if you have not yet received your order! Having looked into this for your I can see that your Joie Nitro stroller was delivered and signed for on 15/3/16. However the Training seat which you ordered is currently out of stock in the colour that you would like. A message was left for you on 13/3/16 to advise that we have the item on order and is due to arrive in 2 weeks however we do have other colours in stock if you would like to swap over.
