“I came across Pramcentre completely by accident. I ordered the racing car walker for my grandson. It only took four days to arrive and I was kept informed of the delivery date and time. The walker is absolutely fabulous. My husband has played with it and thinks our grandson will be very excited too! Thankyou for great service and a quality item. “Ordered very quick & easy. Super fast delivery with updates. Just a shame it was let down by incompetent delivery company who delivered to completely the wrong house in the wrong street . Luckily I have honest people where I could retrieve my order from.”

“Best price available anywhere for the car seat and base that I purchased. Delivery also very reasonable to Northern Ireland. Very simple smooth transaction meaning it will be the first place I look in the future.”

Unfortunately as our website allows for pre orders, products will always be available to buy even when no in stock as they are purchased on a pre order basis. Please see section 3 of our T's & C's below to be fully advised of how our order process works: 3. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER. We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by email and you may also receive a call or email from one of our advisers. We will call regarding stock availability if the items is not available and advise when the item will return to stock, payment and to discuss delivery details and times which would be the most suitable for youself. At this point a binding agreement between us will be established. If we do not accept your order for any reason or the price of the product has increased between the time of order and our acceptance (or if a supplementary delivery charge applies) we will e-mail you to advise of the change. You will then have to resubmit your order. Only credit and debit cards are accepted as payment via this site. Gift vouchers and credit notes not accepted. “Ordered the bonito bebe feed me high chair. Terrible quality and when put together was faulty and felt unstable. Contacted customer services through the live chat which was quick and easy to use. They agreed to arrange for pick up. Was told i will not receive a refund until it has been assessed for fault. Paid 5.99 for delivery to me but was told i will have 7.99 deducted out of refund to collect! When they were due to collect no text was sent with timeslot like upon delivery and i waited in all day. Despite this i got a consignment note shoved through my letter box with no instruction as to what to do next. I am still awaiting them to pick up this piece of rubbish! Would not recommend the product or pram centre. Wont be ordering online again. Update: after several emails and phone calls i still have not had the high chair picked up and still do not have the funds back to buy another high chair. I would not recommend using pram centre. Terrible product terrible service.”

Hi Leona, Thank you so much for taking the time to review us. I am so very sorry to hear that your experience with us has not been positive. I would like to help you out with this matter by taking the collection up with our courier service. Although they are not employees of Pram Centre they represent our company when making deliveries and collections and it is not acceptable to let our customers down. We expect stand out service from all of our Staff members and representatives. Please be assured that I will contact them first thing tomorrow morning to have this rectified and collected from you! unfortunately I am unable to contact them at this minute as their offices close at 5pm. I can confirm that the £7.99 fee that you refer to will only be deducted from your refund if when the product is inspected it is found to be fit for purpose. Again the fee that is applied it not by us but by our courier service to cover the cost of sending the item back to us. However as you have advised that it is faulty when we inspect the item we will let you know what we find and what the outcome of your refund will be. Please see the refund section of the T's & C's on our website to fully understand out returns policy. “Thank you very much, ordered sunday night delivered the tuesday morning by interlink express who tell you an hour slot of delivery :) all good. Good product too but still need to see what the baby says once it arrives :) We quite like the "swedish flat pack company" furniture but this one was almost as easy to assemble but seems much sturdier than an average "swedish flat pack company" piece of furniture. Thank very much for this.”
