“Premier disability is terrible!!! Never meet with a lawyer and don’t answer phone calls. They cost me from getting my disability. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!”

“If you want a case worker. One person and one person only you deal with. Premier does not do that. You will deal with a different idiot evertime you call to talk about records and check on your claim. The people answering the phone are people off the streets that just pull up your records. And add info to your records you give them. My experience. They enter the info badly. Your examiners. If lucky will have all your records. A lot of mine were missing. I never got to talk to the attorney actually handling my case. You will be frustrated at there incompetent work on your case. And the incompetence of the people different people you talk to . You never talk to the same person. There phone workers are hired off the streets. And are incompetent rude and enter your information you give them incorrectly. You never talk to a assigned case worker, Or an actual attorney. And you always talk to a different person when you call.”

“Twice I hired them and twice I lost. They never update you and when I called themi got different answers to my questions. They suppose to be filing an appeal on my last denial only to find out They closed the case without my knowledge. The worst. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to this place”

“Si pudiera darles cero lo haría. Solicitamos los servicios, nos llamaron para que les dieramos autorizacion pero no han dado seguimiento desde octubre del 2023 y estamos en marzo del 2024. Apuesto a que cobraran el porcentaje cuando el caso salga pero no han hecho nada ni se han contactado con nosotros y sus telefonos no sirven. ES UNA COMPAÑIA FANTASMA!!!!!”

“Después de mi primer negación de mi caso yo contraté los servicios de premier desability, ya había hecho todo el papeleo, ellos nunca recogieron mis récords médicos. Después de muchas llamadas sin contestación y mucha frustración, llegó el día de mi apelación, la abogada no conocía mis problemas de salud, perdimos la apelación, yo recogí unos exámenes que adjunté como prueba con lo cual me mandaron mi caso a la corte civil, PD se desentendió de mi caso, dijeron que no tenían como representarmen en la corte civil. Una vez más yo conseguí quien llevara mi caso y en el momento que la corte civil falló a favor mío. Premier Desability volvió a apoderarse de mi caso, luego de más de 2 años mi salud empeoró, me cansé de llamarlos para que actualizaran mis récords, hasta que yo lo hice personalmente llevé todos mis récords a la oficina local del social secuirity, y la cereza del pastel el día de mi nueva audiencia, no se presentaron yo defendí sola mi caso, en otras palabras son una estafa le prometen algo al cliente que no cumplen y lo más triste si se quedan con el pago, mi caso se demoró 3 años 8 meses y solo porque ellos no hicieron correctamente su trabajo. No entiendo como pueden tener tan buenas recomendaciones”

“My original claim was with Premier. The entry consultation went well but after that 2years went by and never even was able to talk to any knowledgeable person, and was frustrating ,and was denied after two years. Went to SSDI doctor and that visit was what they based decision on. No appeal offer or nothing. I was not very nice or happy with the representative I finally was able to talk to. I want to apologize to your company for my negative behavior. After another spell of hard luck, I was lead to a different company and was granted benefits after a real short time. I am fortunate,blessed, and thankful that the situation in my life is better. I am eligible to apply for Medicaid or Medicare and would ask for any advice that your company .might work with me. Again, thank you for your help. Adonis Flowers was my original representative.”

“This is a scam. They attach themselves to your claim. They return NO phone calls, they return NO emails, they return NO letters, and they are 2 months behind the process you are in so they cannot and will not help. Ever. I went 100% homeless after a major surgery and asked Premier Disability for help in expediting my claim and I got no reply at all. Do it on your own. No need for this scam for anyone.”

“Despite my calls they said that they had my denial and filed the appeal. 11 22 and July 28 after multiple correspondence they figured out denial happened despite sending me emails etc . Then tell me they never received it then used the patient line to call them and tell them they never received it and asked if I appeal it can they backdate which they claimed to yes. Ss notified me that they weren't back dating bc they had already received it and the reason was not valid got notice I had til Oct 10 to start there w my new appeal and she called later on 7 2823 said she was me and I no longer wanted to pursue SSI. When I got the notice she said no that's not what was said that's when I called to backdate. So I left it notification that they appealed and it was received in August I never got notice til sep then the last one saying I cancelled my application”

“Premier Disability has perhaps the worst Customer Service that I have ever dealt with. To read their website it seems that they care about their clients but their customer service and legal ability seems to say something completely the opposite. I would highly recommend going elsewhere as quickly as you possibly can.”

“This is the worst company. No one gives you the same info. They are rude. The only thing they did was file the first claim. They then expectrd me to do all the leg work for ssi. and yet they want 25%”

“Premier Disability was able to get disability for me communication was limited but helpful. I was in a car accident in December of 2021. I had 3 stokes and many internal injuries. I just was approved July of 2023. In all the time limit is a 1&7 months. Overall I think they did a great job.”
