“Twice I hired them and twice I lost. They never update you and when I called themi got different answers to my questions. They suppose to be filing an appeal on my last denial only to find out They closed the case without my knowledge. The worst. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to this place”

“Si pudiera darles cero lo haría. Solicitamos los servicios, nos llamaron para que les dieramos autorizacion pero no han dado seguimiento desde octubre del 2023 y estamos en marzo del 2024. Apuesto a que cobraran el porcentaje cuando el caso salga pero no han hecho nada ni se han contactado con nosotros y sus telefonos no sirven. ES UNA COMPAÑIA FANTASMA!!!!!”

“Después de mi primer negación de mi caso yo contraté los servicios de premier desability, ya había hecho todo el papeleo, ellos nunca recogieron mis récords médicos. Después de muchas llamadas sin contestación y mucha frustración, llegó el día de mi apelación, la abogada no conocía mis problemas de salud, perdimos la apelación, yo recogí unos exámenes que adjunté como prueba con lo cual me mandaron mi caso a la corte civil, PD se desentendió de mi caso, dijeron que no tenían como representarmen en la corte civil. Una vez más yo conseguí quien llevara mi caso y en el momento que la corte civil falló a favor mío. Premier Desability volvió a apoderarse de mi caso, luego de más de 2 años mi salud empeoró, me cansé de llamarlos para que actualizaran mis récords, hasta que yo lo hice personalmente llevé todos mis récords a la oficina local del social secuirity, y la cereza del pastel el día de mi nueva audiencia, no se presentaron yo defendí sola mi caso, en otras palabras son una estafa le prometen algo al cliente que no cumplen y lo más triste si se quedan con el pago, mi caso se demoró 3 años 8 meses y solo porque ellos no hicieron correctamente su trabajo. No entiendo como pueden tener tan buenas recomendaciones”

“I was given the runaround from the very beginning! I am trying to figure how to report this to social security because if I get another lawyer I do not want them attached to my case having done NOTHING AT ALL ON MY CASE!”

“This is a scam. They attach themselves to your claim. They return NO phone calls, they return NO emails, they return NO letters, and they are 2 months behind the process you are in so they cannot and will not help. Ever. I went 100% homeless after a major surgery and asked Premier Disability for help in expediting my claim and I got no reply at all. Do it on your own. No need for this scam for anyone.”

“Despite my calls they said that they had my denial and filed the appeal. 11 22 and July 28 after multiple correspondence they figured out denial happened despite sending me emails etc . Then tell me they never received it then used the patient line to call them and tell them they never received it and asked if I appeal it can they backdate which they claimed to yes. Ss notified me that they weren't back dating bc they had already received it and the reason was not valid got notice I had til Oct 10 to start there w my new appeal and she called later on 7 2823 said she was me and I no longer wanted to pursue SSI. When I got the notice she said no that's not what was said that's when I called to backdate. So I left it notification that they appealed and it was received in August I never got notice til sep then the last one saying I cancelled my application”

“Premier Disability has perhaps the worst Customer Service that I have ever dealt with. To read their website it seems that they care about their clients but their customer service and legal ability seems to say something completely the opposite. I would highly recommend going elsewhere as quickly as you possibly can.”

“This is the worst company. No one gives you the same info. They are rude. The only thing they did was file the first claim. They then expectrd me to do all the leg work for ssi. and yet they want 25%”

“I am a 100% disabled through veterans affairs and was denied the first time for disability through the SSA. I contacted Premier Services. They took my case when I talked to them. I signed all the paperwork and was told I would be contacted by them to discuss my case. They filed on my behalf the beginning of June this year. I never got another phone call or any communication of any type from them again. On June 29 I was denied by SSA again. It didn’t even take SSA to deny me the second time with this law firm 3 months. I’m assuming someone will call me from this law firm and let me know what happened or what is going to happen. I’ve tried to call numerous times but get transferred to someone else and given the run around without a return phone call.”

“I hired Premiere Disability after applying for Disability all on my own. From then, until two 1/2 years later when I was approved, PD rarely contacted me. I am the one that ended up getting medical documents in to SSA. The only thing Premiere did was apply for the third and final review in front of the judge and hired me a local lawyer, who contacted me a few days before going in front of the disability judge. This local lawyer was the only reason I was finally approved. He gets 5 stars. But SSA is taking out over $5,000 to give Premiere. In my estimation, they don’t deserve it. Do yourself a favor and make sure to hire a local disability lawyer who will work together with you directly.”

“I wished I had never filed for my disability with this phony bunch! I signed up April 2020. I did all the paperwork sent it back I keep going to all of my drs. I was denied 3 times. Then it went to appeals council. It’s been 3 years! Waiting to hear from appeals council. Over 2 yrs being denied going to the judge with one of premieres workers. They did not represent me good at all . So I was denied and it went to appeals council. It said it would take 15-18 months in appeals process which it has already been that ! I’m so tired of this company. They never return your calls or anything. DO NOT GET THIS COMPANY!!”

“A lot of timels not answering phone calls. When get agent from the front desk looks absolutely no professionals, can't connects with right personal, dropping call and don't pickup phones other time. Looks like fraud company. Absolutely no call back as promised!!!”

“This company has the worst communication with client and within there own company ask for help on some paperwork that needed to be filled out they gave me a Phone number to call left 8 messages never received I single call back if your health is bad call someone else !!!”

“They did absolutely nothing for me. I contacted SSA after several months of trying to get ahold of anybody at PD. Finally just decided to dig in and try again to do it on my own. Got ahold of a SSA rep. And between me and him and several months of back and forth, was able to get my case back in for a second review. Got it. Then all of the sudden.PD sends me a email stating I got my benefits and they are taking 5 k from my back pay. They are crooks. Thieves as far as I'm concerned. Mr Brandy was absolutely no help at all.”

“This company is terrible, they are not well trained at all, Do not use this company. I was on a merry go round for weeks. And at the end, they still repeated the same misinformation over and over again. Most of the staff is not able to make any meaningful decisions at all. I have requested to end our agreement, they cannot provide the services I requested, it took two weeks for them to come to that conclusion.”
