“They are either incompetent or "milking" my case. They are continuously asking for extensions to get medical records that have already been sent. They have the attitude that once they have you signed to a contract there is nothing you can do. It's been 3 years so far and no end in sight.”

“I have been with premiere for four years and wow is all I can say this company needs to get back to yesteryear and revamp your people and morals and values and help the world out not defeat the helpless. Thanks hope I survive this bull $@&#.....”

“In three years Premier has never once called me back to answer my questions and concerns...it appears they filed for ssi when I'm not eligible witch has held the case up for over a year now. The gentleman I spoke to last was verry rude, and was the second person to hang up on me. THIS COMPANY LACKS CURTISY AND PROFESSIONALISM. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WAITING ON THE PHONE FOR SOMEONE TO ANSWER PERTINENT QUESTIONS, FOR NO ONE SEAMS TO HAVE ANY ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS .”

“After the initial phone interview I heard nothing and received no help at all. My representative Devon never contacted me and my case was denied. I would not recommend using this company at all.”

“Terrible company. Do not use them,. Ask to speak toy lawyer,and he never returned my call This is a scam company with fake lawyer on there web site. Find your local lawyer, don't use them”

“They filed bad information to start with. I had to drive over an hour each way to my social security office and do all the paperwork myself. In 18 months I have received zero communication from Premier. I birddogged the case, made contacts with key disability employees throughout the process. I finally asked what in the Hell they were doing to represent me? I was told I could not speak to the attorney that would represent me and they were actually only there to represent me if I was denied and had to appeal. Well I had a cut and dry case and was awarded full disability backdated 3 years (but only 12 months back pay is allowed) I won on October 7th, 2024 with payments starting in November 2024 I get back pay in 3 installments, Nov,+6 months and +12 months. BUT Premier gets paid their entire 6K before I see mine. Can’t we all join forces and file a lawsuit again Premier for fraud and put them out of business Corrupt company”

“A year after they filed one INACCURATE online application for SSA, which I had to go to the local office to re-do, they still think they are going to collect fees for doing no work. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS. They do not even have dedicated case managers, you won't talk to the same person twice unless by chance.”

“RUN AWAY... DO NOT GET MIXED UP IN PREMIER DISABILITY! I CAN'T YELL IT LOUD ENOUGH! Terrible customer service. You can't leave a message they won't call you back when you call them I've left several messages emailed waiting for my call in line they'll call me back today no they won't they won't call you my case is being held up because of premier disability social security wants to settle on it but premier disability won't call me to discuss it I am so fed up I can't tell you how bad they are.”

“DID NOT DO ANYTHING FOR ME, THE TIME I HAD THEM LAST (2 1/2 ) YEARS, THEY NEVER KNEW WHY I WAS ALWAYS DENIED,LAST TIME I WAS DENIED,I FOUND ANOTHER SS LAW FIRM,THEY TOLD ME WHY I WAS ALWAYS DENIED THE VERY FIRST MEETING WITH THEM ........DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND DON'T USE THEM (not making any thing up all TRUE)”

“Premier disability does not help you at all. You have to call premier league in a free for them to call and check on your case.i did not like the service that was not provided. I stop calling them and started calling social security for myself. I would not recommend this company for anyone. Just my personal experience!”

“You get the runaround and never see a lawyer and impossible to talk to. You do all the work and when you go to court nobody is there and you’re on your on. Then they want part of your money even if you were able to get another lawyer but another lawyer doesn’t want to take your case because they still want part of the money even when they aren’t representing you anymore. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! I CANT EMPHASIZE THIS ENOUGH!!!”

“Where to start! 1st do not use them ever. You are being warned! Trust me! Good luck ever talking to a real lawyer on your case let alone getting through to anyone and when you do you just get what they call an agent who knows nothing about your case when you do finally get through! I just found out last week that I was denied all the way back in October of 2023 10 months later! I wasn’t gonna be that guy calling every week wish I was! The didn’t follow up on my case and totally missed my denial. These people really screwed me in so many ways. I’m past the appeal timeline so I have to start all over! And my Pension goes of a certain timeline also so I might not get that now when I’m finally approved! I had a solid case! This company and incompetent people I’m sure will respond to this but no matter what they say they no there wrong! Thanks Primer for really sticking it to me! People you have been warned!”

“If you want a case worker. One person and one person only you deal with. Premier does not do that. You will deal with a different idiot evertime you call to talk about records and check on your claim. The people answering the phone are people off the streets that just pull up your records. And add info to your records you give them. My experience. They enter the info badly. Your examiners. If lucky will have all your records. A lot of mine were missing. I never got to talk to the attorney actually handling my case. You will be frustrated at there incompetent work on your case. And the incompetence of the people different people you talk to . You never talk to the same person. There phone workers are hired off the streets. And are incompetent rude and enter your information you give them incorrectly. You never talk to a assigned case worker, Or an actual attorney. And you always talk to a different person when you call.”
