This company is terrible, they are not well trained at all, Do not use this company. I was on a merry go round for weeks. And at the end, they still repeated the same misinformation over and over again. Most of the staff is not able to make any meaningful decisions at all. I have requested to end our agreement, they cannot provide the services I requested, it took two weeks for them to come to that conclusion.

Well still going through it. I signed up face them permission to get my medical records did all the Dr visits and got my first denial. Um not sure what they do.. so I asked. Point blank. I was denied because no medicals have been pulled. So I ask. What do you do exactly. How and who does the appeal they won't answer. I call. When I get a recording they tell me two or three hours. A person 2 or 3 days. To date I have never spoke to my account rep on phone they give no direction and can not answer the question if what it is they do? By by

Didn't even know we had a lawyer when we filed for disability they were on the disability from the government and nowhere said that they were lawyers in the beginning when we first did this and all of a sudden we have a lawyer now they have their own website when we first did it they were on the disability website from the government not all of a sudden they have their own website this is b******* just people are shady and money hungry!!!

Just like every lawyer and they take all your information they go ahead and sign on to your case and then when the case is ready to be moved along you cannot get a phone call back from them I have left my representative a message once twice three times the third time I let them know if he did not call me back that with the same slow process he has will be the same slow process I have of course that puts no fear in their heart because they know they are the ones in control once you go ahead and do the electronic signing that puts them completely in charge of your case if you ask them to release themselves from your case they say sure no problem or email it to you you'll never get the email will message it to you you'll never get to eat the message will call you back and we'll get a audio release form over the phone you never get the phone call they have no intention of releasing themselves from the case they just put it off and put it off until hopefully some miracle happens and social security has some type of a heart grow inside there administrative body and goes ahead and approves your case and they get paid just like if they were to have done something no more than a bunch of crooks scammers con artist

Worst customer service ever, JUST a FEW POINT ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE customer service/COMPANY; The reps, don't answer phone calls, Nor call back when you leave a message. They keep you guessing about your case's immediate and future updates/outcomes. They don't even inform you or apologize that it will take some longer time or this is the situation right NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY nothing at all. (THE REVIEWS ABOUT THEM ON GOOGLE SPEAK VOLUMES0. They should have never been in this kind of business, to begin with. after all, This is supposed to be a helpful source for disabled people to get help with their everyday life with their medical problems. . which stops them from going back to work. A really good company will listen to their clients, be patient, respectful, companionate, attentive, caring, and keep their clients informed often. be honest and truthful with their disabled clientele. with all, that's said, if I had to grade this company from 1 to 10? I must say that unfortunately, they deserve a minus -10 Not even a one.

Unbelievable what bunch of dumb people on the phone They don't knock what the he heck they talking about. I had questions but she dint have the answers. Extremely disappointed. I need help I can't deal whis company for the third time. I started the lawyer process and after hearing the voice recording after 45 minutes I was shocked. I spoke to the unhelpful with and she hung on me. Frustrating

I told them I worked for the state had not paid in for 15 years but had previously paid in for over 20 she talked to a lawyer said no problem 3 weeks went by neaver got paperwork called back 3weeks later got paperwork called in they said I wasn't eligible

I am probably out a bunch of money because I did all the work and every time I tried to get a status through the app I never got a response. When I would call weeks later they had no information period! I do not see where they have done anything at all, worthless so called service praying on people who are looking for help. Wouldn't recommend this service to my worst enemy.

I would not recommend premier disability services. I got a call form them and was transferred around spent over an hour and a half on the phone with them just to be told that all the information I had given them was lost. I was on hold for over 20 minutes then hung up on the next day when I called them back, as they had asked me too. This company seems to have gotten to big for there own good and can no longer handle their new coustmers. I am looking for someone else to handle to my case.I would not recomd

I hired Premier Disability 14 months ago for my disability case I have yet to receive a call back from themI was denied and I appealed myDecision denial back on September 26th 2021 here it is the middle to end of February 2022 I have not heard anything back yetI don't know what to do anymore they faxedThe case manager 8 or 9 times have not got any answers back I am homeless living in my car I can't work I've lost EverythingPlease can someone please give me some kind of advice on what to do can't get nobody to do anything can't get nobody to doanything especially the lawyer I don't understand

Devon Brady is a liar. He says call me anytime you have any questions. You call after being on hold for nearly an hour and they say mr. Brady doesn't take direct calls... Well he doesn't return calls either... Worst company you could ever call.. all the work is done by the "client" while they do nothing and wait to take your money

This company prolongs your hearing until they will receive there maximum payout. They hardly return your calls or emails. Waited over a year and finally had hearing scheduled. Then they blow this by canceling it saying I requested in person hearing which completely false. I ended up terminating agreement with them..

I have not yet seen any progress from them yet. 14 months now. I had a doctors appointment that they canceled due to Covid. Have not yet made a effort to reschedule. I am very discouraged and extremely sick with no income.😢

Working with this company is the same as you doing all the work yourself. They do nothing for you. You have to constantly follow up with them to get any updates. The only time they call SSA for updates is when you call. This company is a joke. Don’t waste your time. Seek elsewhere

Total scam company!! Most unprofessional and disorganized company I have ever dealt with. They submitted my year old application that they held for 12 months before submitting to Social Security. The application was inaccurate, outdated, and full of mistakes. Even Social Security Supervisor said it was the worst application they have ever seen. Stay away from these scam operators at all costs!!!

Communication was completely lacking throughout the process. The only time I heard from them was when they were asking for something I had already provided, which happened frequently. I did not receive updates and trying to get hold of someone on their end, to find out what was going on, was always an exercise in frustration. I didn't know they were still waiting for paperwork from my doctor until we were in front of the judge during the hearing. They requested extensions from the judge when they were not needed because they didn't read their own records of a phone call I made to them a few days earlier. The best I can say about Premier Disability is that they were a mediocre document repository and they had a representative show up for the online hearing. I did get approval of my disability claim, but it was no thanks to them. Chances of me ever recommending them are non-existent.

I am disappointed not being able to give an outstanding review. I did receive my benefits though they were delayed due to forms that were needed to close my case. I had to follow up with my personal lawyer to file them. My case was unnecessarily delayed. Moreover, it has been two years now and I have not received my back pay. Premier has been paid for their services and I am still waiting to receive my much-needed back pay. I have contacted Premier DIsabilty multiple times. They have not responded. Still waiting...
