“The courses themselves were great, and the teaching staff were even better! I did have a few issues when booking the courses I did (1) the guy on the sales team was pretty unhappy about me asking what the actual attendance days of the courses were (the website only had a start and end date so you couldn't tell from the website what days you would need to actually attend in between) and he was actually quite rude to me about it. (2) once I made a decision to do a course based on the course days being Wednesdays I booked it and paid for it and then after that I was informed that the course day had to be changed to a Tuesday which meant that I would have to take time off work and consequently lose money. I understand that sometimes these things happen and again my issue is with the way the sales/customer service staff dealt with it as they were pretty rude to me about the fact that this was a bit of a pain for me, telling me that I had chosen to book the course as a diploma so I was unable to do the two courses separately which would have meant being able to do Wednesdays rather than Tuesdays. They made it sound like it was my fault that they had changed the day.
On the whole though the actual experience of the course days and the teaching was the best I have had from any of the providers I have trained with (and I've trained with a lot!) so I would definitely recommend Premier to any of my friends, I just think their customer service could do with some work!”

“The procedure to book the course with Premier Global was easy. All staff I spoke with were more than helpful. I thought I would have to delay my start by a couple of days and staff, namely Chelsea, made sure that I had all the necessary coursework to look over in advance. As it happened I was able to start on Monday 31st and so pleased I did. There is so much information to take in. Our course teacher/trainer, Laura is excellent. She packs so much into each day and makes the intensity of the course fun, and easy to learn. Her enthusiasm and willingness to answer any question is great and provides great motivation. I couldn't be happier.

“I was at the Newcastle venue for my course over the summer 2016. Tutors and course content were both of an excellent standard. Also really liked the online aspect to the course as I used this for a lot of my revision alongside the paper files which are still very useful to me.”
“We had 3 very well informed and patient tutors who all went out of their way to ensure we all learnt at the way most appropriate to each and every individual. I cannot think of one question posed to them where they had to defer and reply later - however you make sure they are trained you are doing a great job. The amount of information we have to ingest in a 6 week period is immense and the tutors were able to make we ate that elephant one bite at a time. The customer support staff are also very responsive so I cannot think of any way to improve - other than making the course cheaper!!!!!”
