I actually got the black swing. Decent for the price. I did have some issues putting it together since a couple of the pre-drilled holes had screws cutting across them. I had to drill some additional holes to make it work….Hopefully they will not interfere with the durability, but we will have to see!

When order was shipped it arrived fairly quickly. (Via commercial delivery service). Rocking chair I ordered was a "some assembly required" Version & took a little less than an hour to assemble ( took my time to make sure I got it right first time. Instructions were adequate & helped . Hardware was good quality & correct count. Overall very impressed with purchase & wouldn't hesitate to order again (next assembly would be faster).

Customer service response is always through email. When the product ships it would be nice if you include tracking information so you know when it will arrive. Also production updates with time estimates. It took a full month for the swing to ship. Site says ships in 5-7 days. I am fine with my wait I just would have preferred more information during the process. In the end pleased with the product.
