“Very happy with the patio set! We got the soft back and seat they are very comfortable. The assembly was not too bad (I'm not handy) we got it all set up in about an hour. We have recommended the set to many people, we truly enjoy setting outside on our Poly Patio set.”

“Excellect Polywood products! Our first purchase was about 12 years ago for 4 brown adirondack chairs. We wanted something durable for all weather exposure & easy cleanability/maintenance. Thus far, they're still good as new! We recently purchase 2 brown rocking chairs. Color matched our adirondack chairs perfectly. Same great quality & ease of assembly. Fair value for the cost. Once again, we are very pleased!”

“I personally have a deck full of chairs and a yard with a swing and two locations with the bar height chairs with table in between . As far as I'm concerned Preium Poly Patios is absolutey the best there is. I have had mine for probably ten years and I live on salt water and have had absolutely NO problems.”

“I actually got the black swing. Decent for the price. I did have some issues putting it together since a couple of the pre-drilled holes had screws cutting across them. I had to drill some additional holes to make it work….Hopefully they will not interfere with the durability, but we will have to see!”

“The chairs themselves easily get 5 stars. They are SO comfortable for being poly. They're my first poly-furtniture mostly because I've not really been 'wow'ed by sitting in them in the past, but the contours on this set is *chef's kiss*. The rest of the process is what earned the 3 stars. When I ordered, the lead time was listed as 10-25 business days. Ok, I thought, even at 25 business days I'd have them by the end of September and can still enjoy a few late summer fires and get-togethers. September came and went. I finally got the delivery scheduled for 10/5. I got a call from the shippers a few days before the delivery, saying they'd made a mistake and missed the pickup on my chairs so I wouldn't be getting them until later in the month. I sent an email to premium poly patios expressing my frustration with the mismanaged expectations and then the shipping mistake on top of it - I could have been satisfied by a price adjustment to match the sale I had just missed - but heard nothing back whatsoever. When they finally were delivered, it was on time and otherwise without issue. The courier gets 5 stars for the eventual delivery service provided. It was a full 40 business days (8 full calendar weeks) before I received my order, with no communication from the company or explanation of the delay. A simple email with "sorry we're a little behind schedule" would have sufficed. A "here's a partial refund for your trouble" would have kept me happy and probably earned a repeat-purchase down the line.”

“This is the 2nd time we have ordered and even though we live in NY shipping was quite fast. Our 1st purchase was a trex Bistro set and this time we ordered wto rocking chairs and a table (also trex) Very happy with the quality and everything went together smoothly. Free shipping was certainly a plus.”

“Order an item when it arrived it was nothing like the pictures online or as the description. They did agree to take it back after sometime, but I have to pay shipping which is probably almost the cost of the item. So beware when buying from this company.”
