“Very happy with the patio set! We got the soft back and seat they are very comfortable. The assembly was not too bad (I'm not handy) we got it all set up in about an hour. We have recommended the set to many people, we truly enjoy setting outside on our Poly Patio set.”

“High quality. Delivery was fast and courteous. I ordered six chairs. One package was missing a piece, but the customer service was excellent and my missing piece was sent to my home within a week. I’d trust this company and purchase from them again.”

“I am very pleased with my new Polywood Chaise Lounge, and in working with Premium Poly Patios. For over 12 years I've been adding to my Polywood outdoor furniture and find that with minimal cleaning each Spring it looks as good as the day I bought it, and that's leaving it outdoors through New England winters. There was a minor mixup in the order (w/wheels ordered - w/o wheels received), but Daisy, on the Help Desk, stepped in and worked it out to my satisfaction. The model I received is workinng out fine. I can't say enough about what a pleasure it was to work with Daisy. Her timely folllow through was excellent.”

“My order was incorrectly delivered by UPS and premium poly patios is not giving me my refund. They want me to wait until UPS pays the claim. VERY POOR !! I’ve NEVER seen a company handle and issue this way. I’ve emailed about it and have been ignored.”

“I bought a Polywood swing on Facebook. It is so comfortable. Since it was black I knew I needed the seat cushion to keep it from getting hot in the sun. The cushion is perfect. Lots of choices of fabric. It is comfortable!”

“Estimated delivery date was weeks off. I had to contact them to know why the delay - no information came from them first that it would be delayed. Difficult to communicate with them via email. Had to ask at least 3 times for a new estimated delivery date. Then, received a call the day before. Website not updated with new estimated date. Always said 'In Production' and then out of the blue a phone call that it is ready. Did not give us much time to plan for change.”

“I've been buying the Luxcraft line of poly furniture, over the last 11 years, for 3 new homes, I've built. This outdoor furniture is of high quality, that should last a lifetime. I couldn't be happier. Sales are great, as well as communication. Shipments are prompt & always well packaged.”

“Customer service response is always through email. When the product ships it would be nice if you include tracking information so you know when it will arrive. Also production updates with time estimates. It took a full month for the swing to ship. Site says ships in 5-7 days. I am fine with my wait I just would have preferred more information during the process. In the end pleased with the product.”

“I love the quality of the high top table and chair set that we purchased. I wanted to invest in pieces that would last and am so pleased. The only negative about the whole experience was lack of communication about my order. A month had gone by, funds were taken out but I still had no idea of when the items would be arriving. I finally called as my deck was finished and within a week it showed up. I feel like they had forgotten about the order and had I not said something then who knows.”
